We would absolutely recommend Le Méridien Bali Jimbaran to any friend or colleague. From the moment we checked in, the experience was just fantastic. As a Marriott Gold member, we were even offered a potential upgrade for our last nights to a penthouse. Later on, Edgar and the whole team made it even more special by actually arranging that amazing penthouse with a rooftop for us. They even organized a floating breakfast in our rooftop pool, which was incredible. In terms of service, it was a perfect blend of luxurious and genuinely warm. Every single staff member, not just Edgar and Keisya, went above and beyond. They anticipated every need, sometimes even a bit too much, but in a wonderfully attentive way. It’s a true five-star experience. The gastronomy was absolutely top-notch. Breakfast had an enormous variety, from the floating breakfast experience to the diverse offerings in the main restaurant. They offered everything from international to local dishes, and the drinks selection was fantastic. The pool bar and the rooftop bar were equally amazing, with happy hours and super attentive staff who always found a table for us. Room service was also excellent, friendly, and the in-room dining was delicious and reasonably priced for a hotel of this caliber. As for the room itself, it was modern, spacious, and beautifully equipped, whether we had a smaller room or the larger penthouse. There were large bathtubs, showers, big beds, terraces leading straight to the pool if you didn’t have your own, and of course the penthouse with its private rooftop and pool was on a whole other level. We’d like to give special recognition to Edgar and Keisya, who truly went above and beyond. In every respect, they were the ones who made our stay so memorable and smooth. Honestly, they’re probably the best staff members at the hotel and absolutely deserve to be recognized and promoted—especially Edgar. They helped us in every way possible and really stood out as a highlight of the entire service team. We hope that the company will save their jobs in this place for a long time!

Staff are very friendly and always wanting to make your stay perfect. Good breakfast and spa. Room is large and very very comfortable. A secluded pool with a very relaxing environment. Hotel is older but very clean and maintained. Price was definately worth it.

What an amazing stay thag we had here. Been staying in a lot of bonvoy hotels in bali. This one won our heart. Special thanks to Ms. Ari for your hospitality at the top tier. From the moment we checked in to the breakfast session and lastly the checkout process. Everything has been smooth and we couldnt wait to come back soon!

Very nice hotel. The staff are very attentive. There are a few places to get food, but really only one restaurant that it comes from. The pool is not too large and seating is at a premium. There is a great swim-up bar. The two bed room that I reserved was not available, but we were put into a suite and a roll-away bed was added. So, this worked out fine. As far as the location, it was about 30 minutes from the airport near the ocean, but no views (or maybe from just a handful of rooms). Its right on a main road with lots of shops and restaurants, but we didn't explore them. If you go, consider asking for a swim-up room, so you can jump on directly from your patio.
