We are coming to the end of a weeks stay here, and I am reluctant to leave. It is absolutely beautiful . From the moment my family and I arrived, we have been treated exceptionally well. We have thoroughly enjoyed the extensive Buffet breakfast every morning, delicious cocktails by the pool…and the pool itself is simply fabulous. Stunning gardens, and plenty of shade. We have been to the Dayspa for several treatments, snd may I especially thank Rai the Spa Manager , who was always so accommodating. I had sent several emails in previous weeks, trying to book in different treatments for various family members, and she was always so easy to deal with. The Spa itself is gorgeous. Spotlessly clean, and all the staff were, without exception, wonderful. I know that there are cheaper places nearby, but the prices are still incredibly cheap compared to home ( Australia). I could not recommend it more. We also loved the Beach Club. The food and drinks were very reasonable (and delicious!) and the staff were very friendly. Thanks so much for a wonderful holiday Novotel Nusa Dua, we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel! The guest experience team provided excellent service and were incredibly helpful throughout our visit. A special mention to Lorensia, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. She was very attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel itself is very convenient, offering great facilities and easy access to everything. Our room was cozy, clean, and comfortable — the perfect place to relax after a long day. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend Novotel for its warm hospitality and outstanding service.

Our stay at Novotel was truly enjoyable! The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by lots of greenery that creates a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A special thanks to Lorensia from Guest Experience, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Her warm hospitality and professionalism made our visit even more memorable. Overall, Novotel is a wonderful place to stay — combining great service, comfort, and a serene environment. Highly recommended!

Thank you to all the staff you made my holiday special , there are so many names I could mention, but haven't room on here. I loved the hotel everything was in walking distance, not like some bigger hotels. They had a little open air shuttle to take you to the beach club on the beach which abt 5mins away . You can walk if you want to. My room was great plenty of room n very clean, bed was huge n comfortable. And the food was excellent . Plenty of choices. Thanx to all the staff xxxx . I can totally recommend you book this hotel

I stayed at Novel Nusa Dua for three nights. The first two nights were very pleasant: I particularly enjoyed the spa treatment and massage, which were excellent and made my stay relaxing. Unfortunately, my experience on the last night was disappointing. The air conditioner suddenly stopped working just before I was about to take a shower after a long day trip. I called the reception, and while the technician came promptly, the issue could not be resolved immediately. The staff offered to move me to another room, but when I asked how long it would take, the receptionist said she was “not sure,” which I found surprising. I explained that the room was very hot and uncomfortable, making it hard to breathe, but she still advised me to take a shower first before moving. Eventually, she confirmed it would take about 30 minutes and kindly sent a bellboy to assist with my luggage. I waited in the lobby, where the receptionist brought me a bottle of water — a nice gesture. However, the process took longer than expected. When I finally moved to the new room, the condition was worse than the previous one, with a loud motor noise coming from the bathroom ceiling throughout the night. If I hadn’t been so tired, I would have had trouble sleeping. Overall, while the spa was appreciated, the air-conditioning issue and poor handling of the situation on the final night significantly affected my overall satisfaction with the stay.
