If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast (8am to 10.30am), lunch (1pm to 3pm) and dinner (7pm to 9pm), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served from 11am to 10pm (except during meal times).

We had a perfect stay at Mövenpick Bali from start to finish and couldn't have asked for a better family holiday. What really sets this resort apart are the thoughtful little touches that make guests feel genuinely cared for. We loved the charming library in the lobby, the daily health shots available at breakfast, the umbrellas conveniently placed throughout the resort, and the floating bean bags in the pool that quickly became a family favourite. The staff were exceptional. Every team member we encountered was genuinely warm, positive, and happy to help. Their hospitality felt sincere rather than scripted, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. During our trip, we unfortunately fell victim to a scam. The resort's security team personally assisted us and escorted us while we recovered our money. Their support during a stressful situation was something we will never forget. For families, the kids' club is outstanding. The impressive double-storey facility is easily one of the best we've ever seen, and our child absolutely loved the regular visits from the resort's beautiful dogs. We also appreciated the location. Unlike some areas of Bali that can feel overcrowded and overly touristy, Jimbaran offers a more relaxed and authentic Balinese experience while still being close to everything you need. It allowed us to enjoy the culture and atmosphere of Bali without feeling overwhelmed by crowds and tourist attractions. Overall, Mövenpick Bali delivered an exceptional experience in every way. Between the wonderful staff, thoughtful amenities, fantastic family facilities, and beautiful location, this is a resort we would happily return to and highly recommend to anyone visiting Bali.

We stayed at Mövenpick Resort Bali for two nights at the end of a three-week holiday, using it as a transition before our flight home. Overall, it served its purpose, but I wouldn't consider it a true 5-star experience. In many ways, it felt more like a solid 4-star resort. The resort is very family-oriented, with plenty of kid-friendly activities and facilities. However, because the property is relatively compact, it often felt crowded. Many of the children's activities seemed fully booked or busy, making it difficult to take advantage of everything on offer. The pools are attractive and enjoyable, but the layout feels cluttered and somewhat confusing. Finding available loungers was a challenge, and the practice of guests reserving chairs early in the morning was particularly noticeable. Breakfast was adequate and in line with what I'd expect from a 4-star hotel, but the buffet felt hectic and lacked the quality and variety I would associate with a luxury resort. The staff were consistently kind, friendly, and pleasant, although service could be quite slow at times. Unfortunately, there was construction taking place during our stay, which detracted from the overall experience. While the resort offers access to a nearby stretch of beach within walking distance, it's not among Bali's most appealing beach locations. For the price, we've stayed at other family-friendly resorts that offered a more premium experience and better value. Mövenpick Bali is certainly a convenient option for families, but it didn't quite live up to its 5-star rating in our experience.

We had a wonderful 6-night stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The standout for us was definitely the breakfast. Despite staying almost a week, the menu changed most days, offering plenty of variety and making every breakfast feel different. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to Jimbaran Beach, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. We also highly recommend the Mexican restaurant on the hotel’s rooftop, which served excellent food in a great atmosphere. The service was exceptional throughout our stay. Every team member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to help. What impressed us most was that they maintained such a high standard of service even when the hotel was at full capacity. The pool area is another highlight, especially for families. The three interconnected pools create a unique and spacious environment for kids to enjoy, and the depth (not too deep, not too shallow) makes them very family-friendly. Our favourite was the beach-style pool, which has real sand on the bottom, giving it a fun and unique feel. They also have a swim in bar with food! Overall, this is an excellent family-friendly hotel with outstanding service, a fantastic breakfast, and a great location. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I have heard good reviews on the hotel and the kids facilities are not disappointing. Even the lobby has the kids slides which the kids love. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, my daughter fell in the pool and the life guard immediately responses and asked the nurse to have a look at her - later offered to send us to the hospital which we respectfully declined since we preferred our own car. They did send us a fruit platter and asked for her condition on the following day. Our room was upgraded however they are old and you can see the yellowish / outdated tiles, but they are clean, so no problems at all. The beach is not the best in Bali. Overall we had a lovely stay and would love to go back for the facilities and services.

An Unforgettable 5-Star Family Gateway – Highly Recommended! Our stay at this 5-star hotel was genuinely unforgettable. It became such a memorable place that holds a very special spot in our hearts. Right from the start, Esa welcomed us with the warmest smile and patiently walked us through all the amazing facilities the hotel has to offer. Walking into our room, everything was so cozy, neat, and comfortable. But what truly touched my heart was the beautiful birthday setup and the cake waiting for us inside. It was such a sweet, Thank you Dikna, it was really a very kind gesture that made our day.. 🤗 The hotel has a huge swimming pool that the family loved! On top of that, the kids' club is massive, and the staff there were incredibly sweet and friendly—especially Wanda and Erica, who made our kids feel right at home. Breakfast was another highlight of our mornings; the food was delicious with so many choices. Tara at the restaurant was also incredibly warm and always ready to help with a smile. This place is a dream for families and children. We left with full hearts and beautiful memories, and we honestly cannot wait to come back again!
