Our stay at Nusa Dua Hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. The resort is large and feels very impersonal. The only truly beautiful and inviting place is the garden in the rear courtyard, especially the herb garden. The beach itself is also beautiful. During our stay, three weddings took place, each involving loud music in the evening, occasional fireworks and restricted access to the beach. In addition, there was construction work on the premises. We were not informed about these regular events and restrictions before booking. The breakfast, however, was good, and there were enough sun loungers available on the beach. Unfortunately, renting bicycles was excessively expensive and completely disproportionate to the service provided. There were also several problems in our room: the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable for a hotel of this class, an unpleasant smell came from the bathroom drain, the air conditioning worked only moderately well, and it took two days to repair the excessively bright light inside the wardrobe. Overall, the hotel creates an impression of luxury, but the actual execution falls far short of expectations in many respects. At the same time, the prices for food, drinks and other services are approximately four to five times higher than outside the resort, even though, just 500 metres away, you can receive significantly cheaper and sometimes better service. For a hotel in this price range, we expected considerably more peace and quiet, comfort, quality and professionalism. Instead, our stay—especially the final part of our trip, which was supposed to be dedicated to relaxation—was anything but relaxing.

My family and I stayed at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa in May and had such a lovely time. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and hospitality. A special thank you to Agustini, the Assistant Manager, whose kindness and attentiveness truly reflected the exceptional service culture throughout the hotel - probably a reflection of the Balinese culture. Also many thanks to all the staff who made our stay so memorable: the team who looked after our room so beautifully each day, the staff who assisted with our luggage, the friendly reception team, and the wonderful staff across the hotel's restaurants. The food was delicious, and dining was one of the highlights of our stay. We especially loved the Balinese restaurant, where we enjoyed some of the most memorable meals of our trip. The hotel is also beautiful, stunning, with wonderful wooden details in every corner and lush nature surrounding it. Would totally recommend and look forward to returning one day!!

We travelled as family for a one week stay at Nusa dua beach hotel. It was a fantastic resort and cant wait to return. The food at every restaurant was fresh, healthy and delicious. Plenty of options to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. Buffet breakfast was a daily highlight from the fresh juices, pastries, fruits, hot foods and egg station, we were very impressed. All of the staff at hotel were friendly and professional and very accommodating. The fitness centre was very well equipped, we loved the recovery room and lap pool. The location is beach front with a short stroll to the collection shopping area. The kids were well entertained with the games room facilities, swimming pools and sports equipment. One of our most memorable family holidays by far!

Our room was serviced daily and was spotless throughout our stay, with a lovely view overlooking the pool area.
