Loved spending my birthday at Maya Ubud! We booked a birthday (surprise) petal decoration which looked great! The tiramisu cake ordered was more chocolate than tiramisu, but it’s okay. The place is beautiful, super accessible to Ubud centre with the Art Market, massages, lovely streets full of cafes and restaurants. The property itself is expansive, with forest trails, rice paddy fields, and a river. Loved going for yoga in the morning, the instructor was very knowledgeable. Special thanks to our butler Ricky who was very helpful with requests and our frequent calls for buggy service. We also loved Hafidz the photographer who took beautiful pictures of us around the property.

We had a fantastic stay at Maya Ubud and are so happy that we booked here. The grounds and buildings are so beautiful and open air. They are currently doing construction on the entrance and the river cafe so that is something to keep in mind but it did not take away from our experience at all. The pools have spectacular views. We stayed in a pool villa and it was so peaceful and relaxing. The bathrooms could use a little bit of a refresh but again everything was still great. The food and entertainment were great each night. Lastly, the service was stellar. All of our butlers through the week (Aris, Mei, Gangga and Mana) were so nice and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The staff at this resort are the best! Thank you for a wonderful stay. I definitely recommend this resort :)

We had a really great stay at the Maya Ubud. The location is perfect. Right in the middle of the jungle but nearby Ubud centre (easy accessible by free shuttle). On top of that the service and breakfast was great. Especially the butler service included in the pool villa. We would like to thank Puspa, Putra and Wiartana for their warm welcome and attention. And dont forget the two infinity pools and the evening diners with traditional music and dance. 100% recommend!

Our stay at Maya Ubud was wonderful! The resort itself is beautiful and peaceful, but what I loved the most was the amazing breakfast — it truly made each morning special. A special thanks to Eka, who supported me incredibly during my stay. I got sick at one point, and when I asked about a medicine I needed, he immediately went to the pharmacy and brought it without any hesitation. His kindness and dedication made our stay more than comfortable. Also, thank you to Satria and Ricky for their warm and friendly service throughout our visit. Highly recommend Maya Ubud for anyone looking for comfort, great food, and genuine hospitality.

Amazing. This place is sensational. We were always hesitant to stay in Ubud as my only experience was a day trip many moons ago, trying to squeeze in all the attractions in one day. It’s far too hectic for a day trip, if you’re thinking about it, my advice, don’t. Make the time to spend a few days so you can take in this magical place. We loved Ubud as a whole, so different to our usual seminyak trips.. The people, the restaurants, the scenery, the massages, even the tourists were all chilled, but the highlight, without question was our stay at this magnificent resort. The pool villa we had was spacious, clean and private. It felt like a luxury home. Although the grounds are massive, it was an easy walk to both pools, lobby and restaurants. The adult only riverside pool was amazing, all the comments about the view and the serenity are spot on. Just breathtaking. Breakfast was fantastic, selection of cook to order (like smashed avo on toast with poached eggs, spinach and hollandaise sauce) and good coffee all included. We had a scooter dropped off to the hotel, and found it really easy to ride into town whenever we wanted, (5 mins) I preferred the freedom, however the hotel does have a shuttle service if needed. The staff here are next level, so friendly and welcoming, providing an amazing 5 star service with a down to earth vibe. You simply cannot go wrong with this sensational resort.
