I’m so glad we were able to experience such a wonderful hotel. The staff were truly the highlight of my stay in this resort. They even surprised me with a cake and sang happy birthday during breakfast. That was so special to me! It really shows how much this resort values their customers and they go to great lengths to make your stay memorable. I love that there’s a dance/performance every night at dinner. That’s definitely my favorite. I also love that they have room service 24/7. The front staff, Adi, was very friendly and helpful. He always makes sure we’re doing well and that we’re comfortable. Truly appreciate that. We’ll definitely reserve this place again when we come back to Bali.

Breathtaking! The experience was simply amazing. We were staying in a villa with private pool for 4 nights. Breakfast was magnificent, there was a great variety of options available every day and they switched up the dishes daily too. Eggs and coffee were able to be ordered with a waiter, therefore they were always hot and fresh, which was amazing. The private pool was always clean and beautiful, both infinity pools too. The whole hotel area is huge and full of gorgeous plants of all sorts, and palmtrees - this makes the experience very calm and peaceful, as no place is ever crowded or too busy. The service was simply great - a buttler was available 24/7 via telephone; during breakfast-, lunch- or dinner time there were always more than enough waiters; and they were always so kind - i also didn't at all have the feeling that they were being "fake" or just asking about our well-being just because they get paid to do so; i genuinly had the feeling that the personnell was kind and caring. Over all, the personnell was astonishing - everything was taken care of. We also had a balinese massage which we all enjoyed a lot! Mine was done by a super nice lady named "Nur", she was really sweet and made me feel super comfortable before the massage even started, and then i really enjoyed the massage! So in conclusion: the food was great, so was the hotel, the pools, the service,.... - everything, simply.

Wonderful hotel in a peaceful and beautiful garden. Service is outstanding with very friendly personnel. Everything is done with a smile. We stayed in a heavenly pool villa and enjoyed a lot the privacy of our own garden and pool. The food at the hotel was very good and we especially liked the evening dinner under the stars while watching dancers performance local Balinese dances. This hotel offers is the perfect escape from busy daily life. Thanks to the personnel Taking so Well care of us (housekeeping, reception, spa, …) and especially sumi from guest Relations and dewi from the restaurant !

Maya Ubud is an absolutely beautiful place and one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. If you dream of a luxurious stay surrounded by Balinese nature, it is difficult to imagine a better place. The resort is set within an enormous area filled with lush tropical vegetation, with a river and waterfall running through the property. The beautiful villas overlooking the jungle truly make you feel as though you are staying right in the middle of nature. The pools surrounded by greenery are incredible, especially the area by the waterfall, where you can relax in complete peace and hear almost nothing except the river, birds and sounds of the jungle. The hotel also has a wonderful spa. Having a massage overlooking the waterfall, with the sound of the river in the background, was one of the most beautiful moments of our stay. There is also a gym, tennis court, yoga, a restaurant and a fantastic Kids Club, which our 5-year-old daughter loved so much that she never wanted to leave. We also really enjoyed the guided walk through the hotel’s private jungle. The resort grounds are so extensive and full of tropical nature that there is plenty to experience without even leaving the property. The food is absolutely delicious, and the breakfasts are difficult to describe – there is an enormous choice, excellent quality and everything is fresh. Egg dishes, toast and coffee can be freshly prepared to order. The coffee was definitely some of the best we had during our stay in Bali. Another wonderful thing about Maya Ubud is its atmosphere. Every afternoon, tea is served for guests, followed by live music, and in the evenings you can enjoy traditional Balinese performances and dances inspired by Balinese and Hindu mythology. Our daughter was absolutely fascinated by them and looked forward to the next performance every day. It is truly something special and makes staying here feel like much more than simply a holiday in a beautiful hotel. The staff deserve a very special mention. The level of service is far above standard – everyone is incredibly kind, attentive and helpful. We would especially like to thank Nila and Rusma at reception, who were absolutely lovely, welcoming and always ready to help. They made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. When our daughter developed an itchy blister on her leg, the reception staff reacted immediately. A nurse came to see her, she was given the appropriate medication, and everything was fine. When travelling with a young child, this kind of care and feeling of safety is extremely important to us. Maya Ubud exceeded our expectations in every way – the nature, peaceful surroundings, food, service, activities and atmosphere. It is one of those places you genuinely do not want to leave. We wholeheartedly recommend Maya Ubud and would love to return one day.

Had an amazing time here at Maya Ubud! We stayed in the villa and it was absolutely beautiful, luxurious, and peaceful. A nice oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud. Despite this, access to the city center was still convenient via 5 minute hotel shuttle. All hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. Views from the pool were stunning. I also highly recommend the full body balinese massage, extremely relaxing and the highlight of our stay for sure. Butler team - especially Arya and Damen - was amazing. Everyone at the resort was friendly and helpful. The servers at the restaurants were also wonderful - especially Sadewa. I highly recommend this resort and will definitely be back in the future.
