What an incredible place to unwind. The Ritz-Carlton Al Hamra Beach strikes the perfect balance between luxury and relaxation. The private villas are beautiful, spacious and incredibly peaceful, with direct beach access and stunning views of the Arabian Gulf. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the villa was a real highlight. The service was exceptional throughout the stay. Every member of the team was warm, genuine and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the attention to detail really stood out. The resort itself has a wonderfully intimate feel. It's quiet, uncrowded and ideal if you're looking to switch off for a few days. Between relaxing by the private pool, enjoying the beach and dining at Shore House, it was the perfect escape from the city. If you're looking for a luxury beachfront retreat in the UAE, I can't recommend this resort highly enough. It's peaceful, beautifully maintained and delivers the kind of personalised hospitality that makes you want to come back again. A truly memorable stay.

We had an absolutely incredible experience at The Ritz-Carlton Ras, Al Hamra Beach. I had planned my proposal here along with a private dining experience, and the entire team went above and beyond to make the occasion truly special. From helping coordinate the surprise to printing our photographs on special request and incorporating them into the setup, the attention to detail was exceptional. A very special thank you to Basharat from the concierge team, who was amazing throughout. She helped me plan the entire experience, explained the different options and facilities available, coordinated all the arrangements, and made sure every single requirement was taken care of. She genuinely went out of her way to make the proposal seamless and memorable. Special thanks as well to Jiyas, who looked after us during our private dining experience. He made sure everything was perfectly arranged and that the evening felt truly special. The team also took our dietary preferences into consideration and customized the menu accordingly, which made the experience even more thoughtful and personal. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are luxurious, spacious, and extremely comfortable, while the private beach and pool offer an incredible sense of privacy and relaxation. The entire property feels peaceful and secluded from the outside world, yet there is still plenty to enjoy. What really sets this place apart, though, is the service. The staff were warm, attentive, proactive, and genuinely invested in making our stay memorable. A beautiful property, exceptional hospitality, and an experience we will always remember. Highly, highly recommended — especially if you are celebrating something special.

A special thank you to Miss Princy, who went above and beyond to assist us when I accidentally made a booking error. We were already in Ras Al Khaimah, and thanks to her flexibility, professionalism, and willingness to help, she was able to adjust our reservation and find our booking. She truly saved the day and made sure we didn’t have to leave disappointed. I would also like to commend the entire team. From the administrative staff to the buggy drivers and room service team, everyone was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We stayed in the Al Shamil Room and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained. We also loved spending time at the beach, which was peaceful, clean, and the perfect place to relax.
