We loved our stay here, the service was amazing, very sweet and polite people. The rooms were nice and clean. The food could be better quality. Although the manager was very sweet and attentive, always coming to greet us and ask us how our day was. We spend most time at the Laguna pool, where we had excellent service from Prabath, helping us move the sunbeds to face the sun and checking on us. Edwin the lifeguard was also great, had great conversations with him. We are indeed happy we came here and we would certainly come again in the future.

We chose this hotel to celebrate a birthday and the experience was extremely disappointing. The room had multiple issues. The air conditioning did not work properly even after repair. The balcony door was not functioning on arrival and while it was eventually fixed, this should have been addressed before check in. The pillows were also very poor. These issues were inconvenient but manageable. What truly ruined the stay was the seafood BBQ buffet. The service was noticeably different compared to other guests in the same area, particularly white guests. The difference in attentiveness, tone, and overall treatment was very clear. We have never experienced this level of discrimination elsewhere and found it deeply upsetting. Guests should be treated equally regardless of complexion or perceived background. Staff at the buffet appeared disengaged and unprofessional, responding rudely to basic questions and behaving as though guests were an inconvenience. The food quality was also very poor. The chicken was burnt, the seafood tasted sour, and the clams were served as empty shells with the meat fallen into the sauce. There was no care in presentation or freshness. Food allergy handling was unacceptable. We require gluten free food, yet dishes containing soy and mirin glazes were placed on the same shelving trays as other items, creating clear cross contamination risks. This was especially disappointing because breakfast was handled very well. The breakfast chefs were attentive, knowledgeable, and properly accommodated gluten free requirements. The location and view are genuinely beautiful and are the only redeeming aspects of this property. Overall, the stay was miserable and far below what is expected from a Rotana hotel. We will not be returning.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Cove Rotana Resort, Ras Al Khaimah, for the second time this December, from the 24th to the 27th, and once again it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment of arrival until departure, everything exceeded our expectations. I would like to begin by expressing my sincere appreciation to Ms. Marvie Castillo from the Reservations Department. Her support during the booking process was exceptional, especially her kind assistance in adjusting our reservation at the same rate despite our arrival on Christmas night. Upon arrival, Mr. Amer from the Front Office welcomed us with outstanding warmth and professionalism. His genuine kindness went above and beyond, making our stay truly memorable. I would also like to thank Mr. Moataz for his continuous support and personal care throughout our stay — his kindness was greatly appreciated. The dining experience at Basilico was excellent, with delicious food and great quality, while Cinnabon was satisfactory. The overall atmosphere of the resort was simply beautiful, and the positive spirit of the entire staff was felt everywhere. From the comfort of the room to the restaurants, the serene walks around the resort, the pool, and the beach — every moment was truly enjoyable. My heartfelt thanks to the Hotel General Manager and the entire team for making our stay so memorable and special. We truly look forward to returning again.

We were staying at this property for two nights both in standard rooms and in 2bhk villa with swimming pool. Would like to personally thank rossel at the front desk along with mohammed, Saddam and the managers Rishab and Moustafa. A special thanks for Rossel for suggesting us the upgrade to Villa which was extremely worth. She was extremely courteous and friendly. And the entire staff as well including the buggy riders who really took care of us very well. A special thanks to Matchachan, chef Kathirvel and pallavi at the cinnamon restaurant. They were aware of my son’s allergies and made special food for him with extreme care. Would really want to thank Chef Kathirvel for being so considerate towards us and especially my son. And also would like to thank Matchachan for getting the tea exactly as how my wife wanted it. Really appreciate the entire team and truly they are an valuable asset for Cove Rotana as these are the people who make the real difference and making us to want to come again and again back for a stay here.

I had amazing time at Cove Rotana, from the first second there was great hospitality and welcoming from the whole team , a special thanks to Mr. Mustafa who helped to get the best view room in the upper villa room, Fantastic view on sea and lagoon and the whole resort 🤩 , each time we go to breakfast and back was with a golf car , very special service and all captains were very polite to wait for us and explain the resorts areas. Breakfast options were very good, there is a tiny room for improvement but it’s still very good 😋, on the other hand , the evening dinner at same place Cinnamon was just ok, I had higher expectations which were not met. I loved the Adults swimming pool as it was warmed compare to the little cold weather it was a nice detail to take care about. I did relaxing message at the hotel spa with a good discount on the price 😉 , while being in this resort I felt as if I have traveled to another country with nice nature and greenery everywhere with the beach which was fabulous and seeing mountains and resort itself is like on a hill which give very nice panoramic views. Another special thanks to Miss. Anjali who helped to give late check out and was very nice. Just a small advice , please put a new TV 😊 . There was a nice entertainment show at evening time next to the main swimming pool and that was a nice feature / function to have. Literally all you need is inside this resort. I will visit this resort again and recommend it for everyone 👍🏻
