Our stay was excellent. The room service was outstanding, always prompt and professional. The buffet exceeded all expectations with its wide variety and exceptional quality of food. A special thank you to the staff Rana who assisted us throughout the entire buffet experience. Finally, got the chance to make a review after a long week. It was my first time to visit this amazing resort. It was a breathtaking and the staffs are the the gem. They always go above and beyond. The service are top notch. The foods are delicious and lot of varieties. I had a memorable stay with my friends and we are planning to come back. I would like to extend my gratitude to the club lounge team who are very attentive and friendly. To Ms Jerrylyn who always there ensuring that our club lounge experience is excellent and to Ms Kaycee at the Saffar Restaurant who take care of us during the dinner time. The front desk team along with the bellman who are flexible, friendly and smiling. The engineering guy who promptly addressed our issue in the sink. To the housekeeping who ensure that we will have a relaxing and comfortable beds. Thank you Intercontinental Ras Al Khaima for amazing experience.

I am still enjoying my stay at the hotel and would like to give special recognition to Mussa and Jessie for their exceptional hospitality and professionalism. Mussa has a warm and welcoming personality, always greeting guests with a genuine smile and making everyone feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. Jessie is highly professional, well-organized, and ensures that everything runs smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of service and attention to detail. The resort itself has been fantastic, with excellent facilities, beautiful surroundings, and plenty of activities for families. The inflatable water park has been one of the highlights, providing great fun for both children and adults, alongside the beach, pools, and other recreational activities. To be honest, between Mussa’s friendly approach and Jessie’s commitment to the rules, I have been quietly trying my luck for an upgrade from my Seafront booking to a private pool villa 😄. So far, Jessie has done an excellent job protecting the hotel policies every single time! 😂 With my birthday coming up in September, perhaps fate, a little generosity, and the wonderful InterContinental team might align one day and create a memorable surprise. Until then, I’ll keep dreaming of that private pool villa and its poolside views! 🏝️🎂😄 Jokes aside, both Mussa and Jessie have been outstanding, and their dedication to guest satisfaction has made my stay even more enjoyable. My sincere thanks to them and the entire team for the exceptional service, genuine hospitality, and memorable experience. Oh I forgot to mention Ahmed Yahya, the golf cart driver, is always courteous, respectful, and eager to assist guests.
