We spent one week here during the autumn holidays with two families (each with two rooms), and absolutely loved it! The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere very relaxing, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. One thing to mention — our friends had booked via TUI and received a 20% discount on food & beverage, while we booked through DERTOUR and didn’t get this offer. The hotel explained it depends on the tour operator, which is fair enough, but it still felt a bit disappointing since we were here together. Apart from that, everything was perfect. A special highlight for us was the housekeeping service – truly outstanding! The room was cleaned twice a day, everything was spotless, and the little towel sculptures (swans and more!) were such a lovely touch. A big thank you to our housekeeper Thet, who took care of us so wonderfully throughout our stay. He really made the difference – attentive, kind, and always with a smile. I would also like to highlight the housekeeping service in the evenings. Shiva did an amazing job every day – towels were folded beautifully, everything was perfectly prepared, even the charging cables were neatly coiled. Such attention to detail and genuine kindness made a big difference. Highly recommended – we would definitely love to come back!

Had an amazing staycation for my birthday! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. Mr. Yousif welcomed us warmly at check-in, and the housekeeping by Mr. Jefin was excellent. When we checked out, Mr. Ibrahim and Mr. Suliman were incredibly helpful, and a special thanks to Chef Boutroys for taking great care of my food allergies. To all the hotel staff ,sorry I couldn’t mention everyone by name, but truly we had a wonderful time. Exceptional service and a memorable stay. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Anantara Ras Al Khaimah. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for families. Everything was clean, the facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxing. A special thank you to Ibrahim — he truly made our stay unforgettable. He was extremely professional, kind, and attentive to every detail. He went above and beyond to make sure we were always comfortable, and his warm hospitality made us feel at home. Employees like him make the experience exceptional. We will definitely come back, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

It was a lovely stay. They were in a high occupancy when we stayed so we have to wait til the standard check in time, 3pm. My boyfriend celebrated his birthday in the hotel (Anantara properties as his bday tradition) and we enjoyed our stay. They have us some birthday amenities and staff are so lovely. Special mention to Ibrahim, villa host who dedicated his time to assist us. We dont like the view on the initial stay but they did their best to move us to a better one with special participation of duty manager, Saeia. Thanks Anantara another wonderful stay! ❤️

I just had the best holidays ever ! We stayed at this hotel with a group of girls and it was fun relaxing. I would like to thank Mr. Ashraf, Mr. Soliman, Mr. Michel, Ms. Alia and Ms. Asmae, Mr. Shahreyar, Ms. Maria from the bottom of my heart for the warm hospitality. Everything was exceptional. The resort is wonderful and the rooms very comfortable. the service is impeccable and it is super clean. You should definitely go there. Once more big thank you to Ashraf and the team you made our holidays unforgettable!
