Renovations

We would like to take this opportunity to inform you about an ongoing construction project in close proximity to our resort, which may result in visual disruptions and limited acoustic disturbances for guests who book Deluxe Room Balcony and other room categories of Partial Sea View Rooms.

• The construction site, located approximately 200 meters away from our resort, may cause occasional visual obstructions and minimal noise disturbances during the construction period. While we are committed to minimizing any inconveniences caused, we kindly request your understanding and cooperation in managing guests' expectations.
• We are pleased to assure you that all room categories of Palm Jumeirah Sea View are not affected by the construction work and do not face any visual or noise disruptions. These rooms offer a truly spectacular view, overlooking our swimming pool, beach, Palm Jumeirah fronds, and the breathtaking Dubai Marina skyline.
• The construction project is expected to continue through June 2024, but please note that the specific completion date may be subject to change. We will diligently keep you informed and provide updates as soon as we receive them from the hotel.
• At our resort, guest satisfaction remains our utmost priority, and we strive to provide an exceptional experience to every visitor. To this end, we will take proactive measures to mitigate any potential disturbances.
