We stayed for 6 days and I’m usually super finicky and ocd when I stay at hotels this long but surprisingly I did not feel this way about Edition. The hotel rooms are super clean, minimalist and to the point. They have everything you need and it’s very well designed. My only criticism is - a mirror would have been nice! I kept asking the staff but they were not able to arrange for one. The staff at the breakfast hotel specially Niten and Rami were so accommodating and lovely, they went out of their way to get me this detox drink I asked for. They made it feel like home and we looked forward to having breakfast downstairs every day. They were super helpful and the staff was just genuinely lovely to talk to.

I had high expectations for this hotel, especially given the reputation of the Edition brand, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The staff were welcoming and polite, however, the level of service did not match what I would expect from a luxury hotel. We had deliveries arrive at the hotel that were left in the lobby without anyone informing us, which was inconvenient and unexpected. The in-room dining was also below standard and was one of the most disappointing room service experiences I’ve had despite staying at many hotels around the world. We booked one of the highest room categories to enjoy a premium experience, but the room itself was not up to standard. The carpet had visible stains, the room felt dark, and the bed linens did not smell fresh. Housekeeping was another major issue. After leaving the room for several hours, we returned to find it had not been serviced. We had to call multiple times before someone came, and even then, the towels were not replaced. There was the excessive noise throughout the night. Doors were constantly slamming, making it difficult to rest. We reported this, but unfortunately no action was taken to improve the situation. While the team was courteous, the overall service, housekeeping, and attention to guest experience fell far below the standard I associate with the Edition brand. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet my expectations, and I left feeling disappointed.

Had a wonderful stay at The Dubai EDITION. The rooms were elegant, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The service throughout the stay was exceptional — professional, warm, and attentive to every detail. The location is also perfect, with easy access to everything in the city. A special thank you to Farah and Nermeen for their kindness and outstanding hospitality. They truly made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended.

The hotel is really nice, and the room is nice with good space, but the curtain doesn't fully close, and the blackout isn't very dark. During sleeping time, the light buttons are still lit and don't dim, even the A/C. However, they told me if I need to cover those indicator light buttons, I can request it, and they will bring it to me. The AC isn't that cold; only if you set it to 19°C will it reach 21°C, but if you change it to 20°C, it will be a warm temperature. The water pressure is so weak, not strong enough. When I tried to open the bathtub drain, it was stuck and didn't open. The door is not soundproof, and even through the window, I can hear everything from kids running to motors. They don't have a pillow menu. The service is really nice and quick. The location is really nice, especially if it's in winter. You can walk for less than 10 minutes to reach The Dubai Mall. I recommend that they provide self-parking so we can park our own cars rather than waiting more than 10 minutes for my car.

My stay at The Dubai EDITION was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the guest experience was truly outstanding — every staff member was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive to every detail. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining luxury with a calm and elegant atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, while the location in Downtown Dubai made everything so convenient.
