It was a good visit. booked it for my husband's birthday they set up a small cute cake. It was a beautiful gesture. Pool was a bit off, smaller than shown, angles make a difference. Location is perfect everything is near by. Rooms are very neat and clean with modern style and decor. Breakfast spread was very good and delicious with variety of veg and non veg. Staff is very good and helpful. Will. Come back again.

★★★★★ — A Boutique Gem That Redefines Luxury We were taken in open-handedly from the moment we arrived, and the service throughout our stay was truly exceptional. We've traveled all around the globe, and Dubai consistently raises the bar for luxury and hospitality, but this hotel took that standard to an entirely new level. This boutique property is absolutely gorgeous, with every detail thoughtfully done, and the people who work here are as warm and welcoming as they come. A special mention goes to Ishan, who went above and beyond at every turn, and to Rhia, whose genuine passion for her guests and gift for creating something unforgettable made our stay truly memorable. We're already planning our return. If you're looking for the perfect blend of beauty, comfort, and genuine care, this is the place.

I had an amazing experience from the warm welcome at reception as soon as I arrived. I was assisted by Muhammad at check-in, who was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. His humble attitude made the arrival process smooth and pleasant. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service throughout my stay was excellent and prompt whenever needed. Breakfast offered a wonderful variety of delicious food, catering to different tastes and preferences. Overall, my experience was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly visit again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and excellent service.

This hotel is easy to find and conveniently located in the heart of Bur Dubai. Staying here brought back many fond memories, as it felt very much the same as I remembered from my previous visit 11 years ago. Formerly managed by the Melia Hotel Group and now under Accor, the hotel has retained its classic décor, room design, and overall charm. The room amenities and luxurious touches made the stay especially nostalgic. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which added to the positive experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the bathtub, which remain among my favourite features of the hotel. The pool area is well maintained and offers a relaxing atmosphere with all the essential comforts. Another advantage is the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and nearby attractions. While I enjoyed my stay overall, I had hoped to see more variety and updates to the breakfast offerings compared to my visit over a decade ago. The breakfast was still satisfactory, but some improvements and new options would have enhanced the experience. Overall, it was a pleasant and nostalgic stay, and I appreciated the hotel's comfort, service, and excellent location.

Nice place, and the room looks really nice, clean, and spacious compared to other hotels we've stayed at in the same price range. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the pool closes at 6:30 PM. Since it’s summer (and we all know how hot Dubai can get), it would have been nice to enjoy some night swimming. Other than that, we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommended! Thanks Canvas hotel!
