Our stay at the hotel was amazing. The hotel is beautiful and very clean and comfortable Our room was magnificent. It was the perfect place to relax and refresh after a full day of touring It was clean every day and the was the perfect place recharge our strength We love the breakfast. The food was delicious and the menu changed from day to day It was the perfect way to start the day The staff was warm and friendly. We received outstanding customer service from Rajan. He was attentive and cared for us. He looked after every detail to ensure we had a great experience Rajan represents the heart and soul of the Canvas Hotel I strongly and positively recommend the Canvas Hotel and look forward to my next stay. Also Krish greeted us every day with a warm smile and made us feel welcomed.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience last evening at Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor at Canvas Hotel Dubai. The Valentine’s Day ambiance was beautifully set — elegant, romantic, and thoughtfully curated. We especially loved the live trumpet performance 🎺, which added such a magical touch to the evening. The complimentary photography was a lovely gesture that made the night even more special. A special mention to Heena for her exceptional hospitality. From the moment I called to book our table until the end of our evening, she was warm, attentive, and truly amazing. Her efforts made our day incredibly special and memorable. Thank you for giving us such a delightful and unforgettable experience!

Great stay with my family of 4, staff very friendly. We were giving a free upgrade to a junior suite which was very nice. Food was delicious, IFTAR was very nice. During busy hours the service was disappointing at times, seemed like thw staff couldnt keep up. Pool was clean and tidy. Would recommend.

A Good Hotel. Good Staff. Good Food. Its Good, not Great. Reception Staff can be a bit more understanding as people do travel for international trips. For Families they can at least give one early check in, which didn't happen for us. Entrance of the hotel is small in comparison and its underground! From there its mandatory to take a lift to reach Reception area, you'll have to change elevator to get to your rooms from Reception too! This is a bit of inconvenience. There are a few minor things like these but they at the end can be ignored and I am sure that overall You'll definitely have a great time here that's for sure.

Loved the place. Located at Bur Dubai, and walkable distance from Meena Bazar and various vegetarian food outlets, this place is bustling with activity. The service was top notch. The night duty manager during our stay in December is a total gem. Always enthusiastic and with a smile on his face, he certainly impressed us with his professionalism. I am a disabled person, and he did his best to accommodate my requests. I however have a few suggestions - the food options, particularly the desserts need to be improved for the buffet. Secondly, the rooms certainly need refurbishment as they look worn out. Thirdly, with more disabled people venturing out, having only 2 disabled friendly rooms is not helpful. Lastly, during the check-out only one staff was available to help with the luggage which led to severe delay in receiving the luggage almost causing us to be late for our flight, leaving us a little disappointed.
