A group of friends and I had a lovely afternoon at their afternoon tea. They offered an earlier time to accommodate our party. The service was great and the value was superb. The staff was very friendly and professional. They welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed and more. We will be back.

What a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment of arrival, a warm welcome was given by the doorman Ali and the amazing front office team, especially Gucci, whose professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Exceptional service was experienced throughout the entire stay. Special appreciation goes to Surya from housekeeping for maintaining everything perfectly clean and comfortable, and to Silvya, the waitress, for her attentive and friendly service. A particularly memorable touch was when the chef personally came to the table to ask how the food was and whether everything was satisfactory, which made the dining experience feel even more special and personalized. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Everything felt well organized, with a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Special thanks to the entire team for their hard work and dedication. Great pride in their work is clearly visible in every aspect of the guest experience. This hotel comes highly recommended to anyone looking for excellent service, friendly staff, and a memorable stay. Definitely worth visiting again!

Our family stay at Biltmore Villas last weekend was way above our expectations. This is undoubtedly the most luxurious and serene villa resort in the country. Location was amazing too being right next to the Mall of Emirates (literally three minutes walk). Villa design was simply giving us the feeling that we are living within a peace of art. Villas were designed to bring maximum comfort and functionality while enjoying the most prestigious interior decorations and monuments. Attention to detail was another level, even the accessible basement parking was wow. Staff were so welcoming and professional. We even did the check in at the villa. Indoor/outdoor pool at each villa and having your own private cinema were slam dunk ideas that i never saw anywhere. Food and service were first class. What i enjoyed the most is there were so many special touches that kept wowing us throughout. The welcome pack by itself was another level of hospitality. Congrats to Biltmore Villas family for such a bespoke product offering and well done on raising the bar so high. The Biltmore Hotel Villas ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay was unforgettable. The villa was breathtaking, spacious, and finished with luxury details, perfect for families. The location could not be better with a short stroll to Emirates Mall and a quick drive to DIFC. Service was beyond five stars. Housekeeping legends Aditya, Roshan, and Vishnu set a new standard of excellence. Fresh flowers every morning and whimsical towel animals like elephants, swans, and giraffes made every return magical. The butler team of Haddade, Faith, Karan, Ahmed, and Gulchi were extraordinary with flawless attention and the sweetest care. At the Brasserie, Rufina’s leadership shone through, and Faith deserves special praise for her barista artistry. Her dry cappuccinos and iced matchas were perfection. The chef’s menu was outstanding, with highlights like hummus, yogurt, French toast, and the unforgettable scrambled egg croissant with warm fresh bread. The spa and wellness experience was equally stellar. Ayu’s massage was transformative, Anoop’s technique was excellent, and John’s stretching sessions in the gym were spot on. The steam room was the perfect finishing touch. This was truly a home away from home where every detail and every staff member made our stay a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience we will always remember.
