I truly enjoyed my stay at TH8 Hotel. All the services were five-star quality, and everyone was very kind and professional. The staff were amazing, especially Mr. Jesse Andrens, the Bar Supervisor. He was exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming. He made our day by serving us as if we were special guests. I really appreciate his efforts to make us feel comfortable and ensure we had a wonderful staycation. Thank you to him and the entire team for the excellent hospitality.

Check-in Experience The resort is easy to find and access, which is a plus. Valet parking for guests was a nice touch and worked smoothly. The front desk experience, however, left a lot to be desired. There are only 3 check-in counters, and only 2 were operational during our visit. I noticed the third counter was empty and went over, only to be told by the staff member there that he was busy with something else and couldn’t assist. Our check-in time was 3 PM, and we arrived around 3:15 PM. Ms. Ishpreet handled our check-in formalities professionally. However, after completing the payment, we were informed that our room wasn’t ready and we’d need to wait another 30 minutes. That “30 minutes” turned into almost 2 hours — we finally got our room keys at 4:55 PM. Very disappointing for a hotel of this standard, especially with no proactive updates in between. The Suite The room itself made up for the wait. It was a decent-sized suite with a separate hall area featuring a sofa, TV, dining table, and an open kitchen. The huge balcony with an open sea view was stunning. The bedroom was equally impressive — the bed was comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was the real highlight — a huge tub, a dedicated changing area, and a separate toilet section. The rain shower was mind-blowing. Pool, Beach & Amenities In the evening, we headed to the Fluid pool. The pool itself was lovely and the vibe was great. Drinks were on the pricier side, but given the location, it’s hard to complain too much. The private beach was clean, neat, and beautiful. It was quite hot during our visit, so we couldn’t spend as much time there as we would’ve liked. The Highlight Without a doubt, the best moment of our stay was watching the sunset from our bed, overlooking the sea. Absolutely beautiful — a moment we won’t forget. Overall: Despite the rocky start with check-in, the suite, the views, and the overall experience made it a memorable stay. Th8 Palm Dubai Beach Resort has real potential — they just need to sort out their front desk efficiency.

The housekeeping staff at this hotel truly made our stay. Every day our room was spotless, beds perfectly made, and towels folded so neatly it felt like a brand-new check-in each time. They were attentive to small details — fresh toiletries restocked without us even asking, and everything organized so thoughtfully. What really stood out was how respectful and discreet they were of our space and belongings. You could tell they take genuine pride in their work. A clean, comfortable room makes such a huge difference to a trip, and this team deserves real recognition for their hard work and care.
