The design is modern, clean, and luxurious, with every detail thoughtfully put together to create a relaxing and upscale atmosphere. What made our experience even more special was the incredible support from the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the experience, especially the wide range of amenities available. Whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying the beachfront, or simply spending quality time together, there was something for everyone. The views were absolutely stunning—waking up to such beautiful scenery was one of the highlights of our trip. We recently stayed at 8 Hotel on The Palm. The rooms were decent and comfortable enough, although nothing particularly special. The highlight of our stay was definitely the restaurant team. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making guests happy. They worked hard to accommodate requests and always did their best with a smile. A big thank you to them for their excellent service. Unfortunately, our experience with the reception team was the complete opposite. The front desk staff appeared disorganized, unhelpful, and lacked the level of professionalism we would expect from a hotel of this standard. This significantly affected our overall impression of the property. While we appreciate the efforts of the restaurant staff, the issues with reception mean that we would not choose to return. Thank you again to the restaurant team for making part of our stay enjoyable.
