The best of the best properties of Taj I’ve stayed at. From the time we entered till the time we left, there wasn’t a single time they said no to any of our requests standing up to the Taj standards. The only thing they couldn’t arrange was the early checkin they promised. Mum and I spent Christmas here and had a lovely time. The spa has a steam room and it was a great experience. All the restaurants have great views and we tried food at 2 of them and all were great! Views from the 42nd floor resto are worth it! They have a rooftop pool and even though I didn’t want to get in, the swim coach gave us a tour of the place and suggested the location for the best views! Every staff always held a smile and stood upto the taj standards. The breakfast buffet was delicious and I had the best avacado toast and eggs benedict here. Service was great by Alexa(I was so impressed I asked her name myself) and another staff member whose name I could not ask. I drink my ginger fresh mint and lemon tea whose recipe I gave them and they made it exactly how I wanted it. Spent the best week here. Bhoomika at the reception did a great job hosting us. Only catch is the location is a bit secluded and approach is a bit of a stretch, you’ve to go a long way for a uturn. The metro is about 10 mins away from the property. Felt like home away from home and deffo will return!

Had a great stay at Taj Jumeirah Lake Towers. The rooms are genuinely outstanding, they're spacious, super comfortable, and the housekeeping team keeps everything spotless. The view from the room adds to the whole experience, and the location itself is solid. The only real drawback is the approach road. You need to take a long U-turn to reach the hotel, which ends up wasting time and adds extra cost if you’re in a taxi. Apart from that, it’s a perfect stay. Lovely Indian breakfast, warm service, and incredibly comfortable rooms. Would happily return

The pool area was clean and well maintained throughout the day. The service staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring guests were comfortable. The sweeper regularly cleaned the area, keeping the pool deck free of debris and maintaining a neat appearance. Overall, the pool area was enjoyable and well cared for.specially vilas and Amrit thank you guys for such a lovely service😊😊

We went to Nonya for business lunch. We were looking for some Nonya cuisine and place does justice to the food. Located on the 46th floor, the view was stunning. Restaurant was styled well, not very loud. Staff were inviting. Special mention goes out to Anjalee and Karthik, for there check on our experience with them. Definitely going back.

We stayed in the club room first the positive aspects of this Hotel.The room had a city view . The bathroom was small but had a really great shower. Towels were of high quality. I used laundry services a couple of times and the items were folded and washed perfectly always delivered when promised. We used room service because it was easy. Dishes were delivered wrong a couple of times but the good was good. We liked 2 of the Restaurants in the Hotel in particular nonya .See review. The lounge access was worth it. We made use of the little bites provided and my husband liked their wines. The manager of the club lounge ( sorry I forgot your name ) really went the extra mile . Breakfast in the club lounge wasn't good. Limited options on yogurts and fruit ,coffee was terrible and eggs were either overcooked or undercooked. However the Indian dishes my husband really enjoyed. After a couple days, we then went to the Restaurant downstairs. Much better variety, fresh squeezed juices and fruit .Eggs were still an issue. Again amazing Indian dishes according to my husband. However if you come around 9.00 am the Restaurant was packed and service was really incredible slow. Also the tables were so closely to each other. Not much privacy. So I suggest the best time to come is 7.30 am. As far as amenities. The paddle court was nice. We used it a couple of times for a small fee. The gym was really underwhelming. The equipment was old and there were are only 2 running machines. During the times I went there ,it wasn't busy 7.00am . But my husband went later and often complained about machines being occupied. I thought the gym and sauna weren't so clean. I never saw the gym manager cleaning any equipment .He often walked in yo turn off the aircon. Not acceptable. Also it appeared he made the bookings for their really terrible Spa. (See review below .) As far as location its not bad ,but it is definitely not ideal if you like to walk . The overal service we received was just okay. Only the club room manager was friendly and eager to help. Would we go back ? No thanks ,a good gym ,spa were criteria that were clearly missing.
