My father and I were visiting Dubai from the United States, and our stay at Taj Dubai was made truly unforgettable because of the outstanding hospitality and care we received from the front desk team, especially Ms. Thanu, Mr. Dheeraj, Mr Vishal and Manager Mr. Khaled. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism. They treated us not just as guests, but as very special visitors, making sure we felt comfortable, valued, and well taken care of throughout our stay. Their attention to detail, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond truly exceeded our expectations. Ms. Thanu and Mr. Dheeraj were always friendly, helpful, and attentive. They handled every request with a positive attitude and made us feel at home even though we were thousands of miles away from the United States. Manager Mr. Khaled also deserves special recognition for his leadership, personal attention, and dedication to ensuring that guests receive the highest level of service. The warmth and respect shown by the entire team reflect the true meaning of Taj hospitality. Their genuine smiles, caring attitude, and commitment to making our stay special created beautiful memories that my father and I will always cherish. Number one locations for Indians at Affordable prices and awesome Burj view. Food at Bombay Brasserie is too good. The tree house and the Eloquent Elephant both are must visit bars with hookah sitout and sit in facility available. Kids will love the pool even at daytime as it's location is such that in the morning and evening Sun is not directly falling so even during summer kids and adults can enjoy. Good People, Good staff and awesome service.

Authentic hospitality was evident from everyone we encountered at Taj Dubai, from the valet, security, concierge, reception, housekeeping, and restaurant attendants, the level of service went far beyond what is normally expected in the hospitality industry. A special mention goes to Dheeraj from the reception team, who ensured that we were comfortably and safely settled into our room, he assigned us to a renovated one with great city view. He also kindly arranged an early check-in for us. We would also like to thank Rajib Dey, the Assistant Manager, who took the time to share the history and vision of Taj Dubai with us. His insights made us even more excited to visit India, MashaAllah. He also assisted us with a late check-out, subject to availability, which we greatly appreciated. I would also like to thank Mansi, the Duty Manager, for her politeness and professionalism in addressing our concerns. Ansu and Thanu from the reception team were warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Our dining experience at Miss Tess was unforgettable, thanks to Jewel and her colleagues. She guided us in selecting the best menu options and even provided some thoughtful extras, subject to availability, to make our experience even more special. Finally, during check-out, the valet team provided exceptional service, especially Shiva, whose constant smile and willingness to assist whenever we needed the car truly stood out. We did not use the pool and gym yet but we will, in the future when we are back. We will surely try everything possible the next time. Overall, our experience was amazing and has inspired us to return every month because of the outstanding hospitality and exceptional food at Miss Tess. We also look forward to trying the menus at the hotel’s other restaurants. MashaAllah.

This was my second stay at Taj Dubai, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel offers a great location in Downtown Dubai, excellent service, and is truly one of the best value options in the area. I would like to especially recognize Saif Khan, Front Desk Manager, who was incredibly welcoming and accommodating during check-in. He was personable, pleasant to deal with, and went above and beyond to ensure my family’s stay was memorable and unforgettable. His genuine care and professionalism truly stood out. The Executive Lounge was another highlight of our stay. The high tea and cocktail hour were consistently amazing, and the entire lounge team provided excellent service throughout our visit. Unfortunately, I did not catch all the names of the individuals who assisted us, but they made the experience memorable for our entire family. A very special thank you to Wapang, who served us several times during our stay and consistently delivered exceptional service. We really connected with him, and his thoughtfulness—leaving behind a note and a gift—was incredibly touching. He truly went above and beyond and deserves special recognition for his outstanding hospitality and genuine care for guests. I would also like to commend the team at the pool area, who were equally attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Although I regret not remembering their names, their excellent customer service and warm approach did not go unnoticed and added greatly to our overall experience. Thank you to all the employees at Taj Dubai for the exceptional service and for making our stay so enjoyable, especially Saif Khan and Wapang. We will definitely stay here again.
