I had the opportunity to stay at Swissôtel Al Ghurair in Dubai during the summer of 2024, and it was a very pleasant experience. It was my first time staying in a hotel of this kind—being directly connected to a shopping mall—and I truly enjoyed it. The convenience was unmatched, especially for running errands or doing last-minute shopping at any time of the day. I stayed there with my family, and we booked an apartment that was exceptionally spacious, making it ideal for a family stay. The apartment was comfortable and well suited for longer stays. The breakfast was very enjoyable, offering a good variety in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. During our stay, my son unfortunately got injured, and I would like to highlight how professional, and supportive the hotel staff were. They assisted us immediately and efficiently arranged for an ambulance, which was very reassuring in such a stressful moment. Their responsiveness truly made a difference. The hotel is perfectly located, with easy access to numerous restaurants and shops, both inside the mall and in the surrounding area. Overall, the combination of comfort, space, convenience, and attentive service made our stay very enjoyable. I would highly recommend Al Ghurair Hotel, especially for families or travelers looking for practicality without compromising on comfort.

I had the best experience here for anyone traveling to Dubai and wants a hotel or apartment near a mall then this is your to go place. The dine in place is good looking, the staff is very friendly and willing to help especially one named “Win”, made sure we were set and experienced the breakfast with love. I would reccomend anyone to come and stay here. We took apartment side and honestly the thing that amazed me is they consider people with disabilities and they have a special washroom for them! Classic.
