Amazing experience, very clean and well-organized rooms, great view, excellent food quality and hygiene, and very good safety measures in all activities. Special thanks to the animation team for their great efforts to make all guests happy — they are very polite and friendly. Also, many thanks to all restaurant and bar staff for their great service and warm welcome. Special thanks as well to Mr. Hany, the hotel manager, for the great management and professional attitude that clearly reflects on the overall guest experience. They organize enjoyable activities during the day and entertaining shows in the evening. This is a beautiful modern resort, very luxurious, fantastic food and excellent service. Mohamed was the best barman ever on the beach! Made us feel so welcome and special, spoiled us with attention. Also Hassan the towel guy was wonderful! So kind and thoughtful, organising our beds, changing wet towels and even bringing fresh flowers! All the staff were exceptional and helped to make it a very memorable holiday.

Exceptional experience ag the hotel, the staff were amazing from thr time we arrived to the hotel until our departure. Our room was located at a perfect spot accessing the pool and had a fantastic sea view, house keeping was very responsive and cleaned our room well. The food variety and eating options again were beyond amazing. The hotel catered for families children and adults and it had something for every member of the family, we did not have to leave the hotel for anything. The reception staff were always welcoming with a smile on their face and assessed us whenever requested, upon requesting a cot for our baby they filled the room with balloons and toys for the little one. The small touches they offer were memories to be remembered. Also to mention that the hotel is located very close to the vibrant places like soho square and downtown and is not very fat from the airport so its location is perfect. The all inclusive included drinks at the bar teas and fresh juices and they made the best ginger and cinnamon tea as well as their hot chocolate. Everything about our stay and about the hotel and the staff was beying perfect and the experience was on of a kind
