We stayed at Sultan Gardens Resort for 7 days and honestly had an amazing time. It was an excellent value for the money and definitely worth every dollar we spent. The food was consistently delicious with plenty of variety, and every member of the staff we met was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The service throughout the resort was outstanding. If I had to mention one small thing, I’d say the bar could offer a few more non-alcoholic drink options. I don’t drink alcohol, so outside of Pepsi, Cola, and Fanta there weren’t many choices. It’s a minor suggestion, though, and it didn’t take away from our stay at all. We never got bored during our entire week here. Between the beautiful grounds, great food, and wonderful staff, this is absolutely a 5-star resort in my opinion. I’d be happy to stay here again.

We stayed as a group of 5 for 2 weeks in July. We loved everything about this hotel. The food, the staff, the location, the beach front and snorkeling were all amazing. The staff speak a good amount of English and are very welcoming and friendly it's a really well run hotel and the food in the restaurants is of a high quality and with a good choice. The bar staff were all great and all the waiters and the entertainment staff. Special thank you to Ahmed at the adult pool and entertainment guys Mahmoud Nedo and Biso. We really enjoyed our evenings and getting to know you and about your culture and Egypt. Sad to come home and hope to return. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Honestly everything was immaculate, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was amazing, and the cleanliness was absolutely incredible. What really stuck out to me most was the staff, they are the most accommodating, polite, well mannered staff I’ve ever met. The life guards were also amazing, there was a life guard who stuck out for me in particular, Ahmad Medhat, who was extremely patient and kind especially with my kids. Overall this was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it, well worth every penny.

Great family holiday. The staff are always smiling, more so in the buffet restaurant. We were a family of 9 and Lofty(tall!😄) always reserved a table for breakfast, lunch and for dinner a shaded outdoor table for us. Highly recommended resort. The headchef came to our table occasionally to ensure that vegetarians had enough choice. A 5* staff and venue. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel. Very beautifull reception, interiors, gardens, avenues. Excellent staff but should speak little bit more English, not only Russian. The pools are fantastic, clean, some with heated water. Guarded by highly trained and responsible man - so there is actually no chance of an accident. Children were guarded by them non stop. Some rooms are older and in need of refreshing but they are very clean, the beds, towels were always fresh. Kitchen: You take a plate and put anything you want, then order a drink by calling a staff - they will bring anything to the table. Food (personally) wasn't five star. Could be better. Anyway my opinion is very good.
