We recently stayed at Sofitel The Palm and had a wonderful experience overall. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with stunning surroundings, excellent facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere that makes it perfect for families and couples alike. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the food quality throughout our stay was excellent. The beach and pool areas were particularly impressive, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. There were only two aspects that we felt could be improved. Firstly, as we were traveling with a baby, we were surprised that the hotel did not provide baby floats for use in the pool. When we asked, we were directed to purchase one from the hotel shop instead. For a family-friendly resort of this standard, it would have been a thoughtful touch to offer basic baby pool equipment for guests. Secondly, we found it unreasonable that water was charged separately during the dinner buffet. Given the premium pricing of the buffet and the overall luxury experience, complimentary water should be included as a standard offering. Despite these minor disappointments, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend Sofitel The Palm to others. With a few small improvements, the guest experience could be even better.

I had an outstanding dining experience at Manava Restaurant. The food was exceptional, but the highlight of the meal was definitely the brisket. What made the experience even better was the fantastic service. Asif and Umesh went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our visit. They were attentive, friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about ensuring guests had a great experience. The combination of amazing food and exceptional hospitality made this a truly memorable meal. I highly recommend Manava Restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food, especially the brisket, along with service that sets a high standard. I will definitely be returning!

Fantastic experience at the hotel for birthday celebration of the child. Good service, yummy food at Manava restaurant buffet for breakfast and dinner. Mahesh Sushmitha assisted withe the cake and was very friendly and helpful. All are kind and nice. Pools are clean and not many people there despite the hotel is fully booked. Kids are asking to go back again. For sure it’s a place I would recommend to stay even just for few days. Beaches are clean, it is everywhere quiet and comfortable. Beautiful locations for photoshots.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Sofitel SPA with L’Occitane in Palm Jumeirah. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were running a little late, but the team was incredibly understanding and kindly adjusted the timing for us, which we truly appreciated. As we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, the staff went above and beyond by beautifully decorating the treatment room and even surprising him with a lovely birthday cake. These thoughtful gestures made our visit feel extra special and memorable. A special thank you to Nada and Rachel, who were both professional, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our treatments. Their expertise made the massage experience incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. We also added a facial treatment, which was excellent and left us feeling completely refreshed. The combination of outstanding service, skilled therapists, and thoughtful hospitality made this one of the best spa experiences we’ve had. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable wellness experience.
