We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Sofitel. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and the overall service made our experience even more enjoyable. A special highlight was our dining experience at Porterhouse Bar and Grill. The food was delicious, and the staff provided excellent, attentive, and friendly service. A special thank you to Mr. Prabhat and Ms. Sheriaza, who took great care of us and helped make our dinner truly memorable. What made our stay even more special was the thoughtful extra touch from the hotel. Since it was my birthday, they surprised me with a birthday cake, which was such a lovely gesture and made the celebration even more memorable. We really appreciated the effort they made to make us feel special. We also really appreciated the excellent customer service throughout the hotel Ms. Bea and entire team was welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. We had a wonderful dining experience at The World Eatery in Sofitel The Palm. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, making it a perfect place for dinner. The food was delicious—we especially enjoyed the pizza, Caesar salad, katsu burger with fries, and refreshing fresh coconut cocktail. Everything was well-presented, fresh, and full of flavor. A special thank you to our server, Ingyin, for her outstanding hospitality. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout our meal. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us regularly without being intrusive. Her excellent service made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend The World Eatery for anyone looking for great food, a lovely ambiance, and exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back!
