Everything during our stay was truly at the highest level! ​Food & Dining: Simply exceptional! The variety and quality of the food exceeded our expectations every single day. There was always something delicious for every taste. ​Cleanliness & Rooms: Our room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. The housekeeping team does an amazing job keeping everything clean and fresh. ​Beach: Beautiful, well-maintained, and very accessible. Perfect for relaxation! ​Entertainment & Atmosphere: The animation and entertainment team deserves a special mention! There were engaging activities throughout the entire day, as well as fantastic evening shows—both inside the hotel complex and right on the beach. You will never feel bored here. ​Staff & Service: Every staff member was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. ​Overall, Oz Side Premium provided us with a magnificent, worry-free holiday. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be returning!

Amazing hotel with the most wonderful staff. Stayed at the hotel for a 60th birthday celebration. The staff are great and service is fantastic. Can not remember all the staff special mention to Zahra, Salim, Emmanuel. The staff made our stay exceptional. The rooms are well decorated and neat. Food & drink are available throughout the day. Will highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Overall, we had a pleasant holiday, but in my opinion the hotel doesn’t fully meet the standards of a true 5-star resort. The biggest highlight is definitely the beach—soft sand, a shallow entrance to the sea, warm, clear water, and a very nice beach bar. The pools and activities are also excellent, especially for families with children. On the downside, the food is not very varied and becomes repetitive after a few days. The coffee was unfortunately one of the weakest I’ve had at any hotel, and the staff could have been friendlier. The room was decent but not what I would expect from a 5-star hotel, and both the towel exchange system and the drink service in the restaurant could be much better organized. Despite these shortcomings, we still enjoyed our holiday. If your priority is spending time at the beach and in the sea, Oz Side Premium is a good choice, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of service and the overall guest experience.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel while celebrating our high school graduation party. The staff were incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the entire event. Thanks to their support, kindness, and excellent organization, our graduation celebration for the 12th-grade students became truly unforgettable. We are very grateful to the entire hotel team for helping create such wonderful memories. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable event experience. Their hospitality makes you feel like a truly valued guest. During our entire stay, we did not experience a single problem — everything was organized perfectly.
