We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Sheraton Rhodes Resort from June 4th to June 7th. First and foremost, we would like to express our sincere thanks to Rafaela at the reception desk and Aleksandra in the restaurant area. Both employees took ownership of every issue we encountered and remained attentive until a solution was found. Whenever a matter exceeded their authority, they promptly sought support from their managers and ensured that it was resolved quickly and effectively. Their dedication clearly reflected the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. We would also like to thank their managers, as well as the entire hotel management team. The professionalism of the staff, the excellent teamwork, and the high standards in guest service were clearly the result of strong and effective leadership. The hotel's location, facilities, cleanliness standards, and amenities exceeded our expectations. Our room's location was excellent, offering both a wonderful view and convenient access to the hotel's facilities. The common areas were well-maintained, comfortable, and spotless. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Sheraton Rhodes Resort is not only a beautiful hotel but also an outstanding establishment that genuinely values its guests, takes ownership of any issues, and demonstrates exceptional service at every level. It will be our first choice when we return to Rhodes. Thank you to the entire team and management for making our stay such a memorable experience.

Best hotel I have stayed at in Rhodes so far! The staff are absolutely amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and great with kids. They truly made our stay special. A special mention goes to Dimitry and Alexandra. They are the best employees I have ever met in a hotel. They are full of positive energy, kindness, and good vibes. They genuinely care about the guests and always go the extra mile. One example: my son loves chicken nuggets, and Dimitry would often make sure he got some extra during dinner. Small gestures like that made a huge difference and showed how much they care. The view is beautiful, the swimming pool is great and warm, and the beach is clean and well-maintained. We definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return. The only area that could be improved is the food. It was good, but I would rate it 7/10. I have had better food at other hotels in Rhodes. However, this did not take away from our overall experience, which was excellent thanks to the outstanding staff and atmosphere.

Wonderful hotel in Rhodes next to the beach. Breakfasts were excellent. We stayed in a Junior Suite that’s spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Even though our room didn't have a sea view, we did enjoy the gorgeous views on the 6th and 7th floors in the common areas, The swimming pools are beautiful, and we had relaxing time at the spa. Dinner was also good! There are squash courts, basketball, tennis . I didn’t use any but they look very nice. My only small tip for the hotel would be to add a little more shade by the pools, It was a fantastic stay and I definitely recommend the Sheraton in Rhodes .

Stayed here recently with a toddler. The hotel itself was really nice and I appreciate the upgrade to a Junior Suite as part of my Elite membership. The staff were amazing, in particular I'd like to shout out Housekeeping for room 513 who did a great job of keeping our room clean and topping us up with fresh towels. I'd also like to thank Dimitris who looked after us during breakfast, remembered our names and food preferences and also went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. I've stayed at many top end Marriott Bonvoy hotels and Dimitris easily provided the most impressive service I have seen to date - he's a true asset to the company. I would definitely stay here again. I can’t fault the Sheraton at all! The room was lovely and kept spotless during our stay. We were lucky enough to receive a room upgrade when we arrived with an amazing view of the sea! The staff were all lovely and happy to help, special mention for Dimitris in the restaurant who couldn’t do enough for us! The location was great, shops and restaurants within walking distance and plenty of transport options to visit further afield. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Rhodes!
