Best hotel I have stayed at in Rhodes so far! The staff are absolutely amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and great with kids. They truly made our stay special. A special mention goes to Dimitry and Alexandra. They are the best employees I have ever met in a hotel. They are full of positive energy, kindness, and good vibes. They genuinely care about the guests and always go the extra mile. One example: my son loves chicken nuggets, and Dimitry would often make sure he got some extra during dinner. Small gestures like that made a huge difference and showed how much they care. The view is beautiful, the swimming pool is great and warm, and the beach is clean and well-maintained. We definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return. The only area that could be improved is the food. It was good, but I would rate it 7/10. I have had better food at other hotels in Rhodes. However, this did not take away from our overall experience, which was excellent thanks to the outstanding staff and atmosphere.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent customer service throughout my visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next trip! Final thing special shout-out dimitrius is the most kindhearted man ever someone give that guy a pay rise it was worth staying here just to talk to dimitruis every dinner time he never failed to put a smile on our face!!

Very nice hotel that deserves the 5 stars. Rooms are very good, a bit worn but acceptable. It is very clean, including rooms, the pools and private beach. Beach is only partly sand and mostly stones close to the water, so beach shoes are recommended. Hotel is huge but pols and beach do not feel over crowded. Only team you notice the many guests are if you have breakfast at peak hours and also when waiting for the few available elevators (a minus!). Staff is very efficient and helpful, food is very good and not too overpriced. There is a hotel supermarket and prices are not different from the nearby ones. There are also a few shops with Cosmetics, jeweleries, clothes etc. Gym is open 24/7 and it is very decent. Did not try the spa, but it looks good including inside pool. View from most balconies are fantastic with sunset over the sea and Turkey. One small issue is internet that is partly very slow. Overall a great place to stay.

Good location and breakfast, but dated hotel with inconsistent service Pros: Breakfast & Staff: The breakfast was quite good with a nice variety. The dining room staff was absolutely lovely, welcoming, and very helpful. Gym & Location: The gym is pleasant and well-equipped. The hotel's location is excellent, highly accessible and close to a great variety of local restaurants and beaches. Cons: Hotel & Dining: The hotel feels a bit dated. We also tried the dinner but found it wasn't to our taste and was very overpriced compared to the much better dining options available just outside the hotel. We wouldn't recommend booking dinner here. Staff Attitude: My partner and I look very young, and unfortunately, we felt that some of the staff members treated us with a dismissive and disrespectful attitude because of this, specifically at the spa and the hotel parking. It was clear they would not have spoken to older guests in that manner. Overall, it's a decent stay for the location and breakfast.

Amazing hotel. Great service. A lot of pool options even adults only one. First time I see Bonvoy loyal members special areas like breakfast area for members only - which is lovely cuz the other area is really busy at breakfast - a bit overwhelming at times. The beach is windy and there are waves all the time. Wind sports lovers would love it, not so much for snorkeling lovers. Special thanks to Dimitris in the bonvoy breakfast area. I have never seen someone soo good at his job. He is always positive, extremely responsive, fast at his work, even proactive at times paying attention to what his customers like. l
