Just back from 10 days at the Atrium and loved it. We used to go to Ikos hotels but they've priced us out now. However we would choose Atrium over Ikos. All inclusive was great, good service, lovely staff who seemed genuinely helpful and eager to please. Spotless rooms, lovely pools, great food and great staff. Only thing we found that if you have a nut allergy they're not very good at splitting the food up away from nuts. I don't know why venues do this but you can have a lovely dessert with no nuts in but then they throw a few on top for decoration. We had to mention this a couple of times and the chef made me something else. Eventually they did label them better and seemed grateful that we pointed it out but something to watch out for. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely like to return.

This place is amazing. The staff are all friendly, helpful, attentive. The hotel is top quality. The pools are really nice. The spa is fantastic. The food is especially good. There are beach loungers, a beach bar. Various restaurants, a pool bar, an ice-cream parlour. The only concern is they allow smoking on the sun loungers and at the pool bar. If smoking/vaping was put to dedicated areas then it would get 6-stars

We recently stayed at the Atrium Palace Hotel in Rhodes and honestly the standout part of the entire holiday was the service. I have never stayed anywhere where every single member of staff consistently goes so far above and beyond for the guests. The level of care, friendliness, and professionalism from everyone was exceptional and it’s what truly made this stay so special for our family. A special mention has to go to Jason the lifeguard, who was absolutely brilliant throughout our holiday. Always smiling, friendly, approachable, and fantastic with guests. He worked incredibly hard and genuinely added to the atmosphere around the pool every day. The staff also made my daughter’s birthday unforgettable by decorating a table for her at breakfast as a surprise. It was such a thoughtful gesture and meant so much to us. The hotel rooms were spotless, cleaned daily, and we had a beautiful view overlooking the main pool. The pool bar staff were equally amazing — always welcoming, hardworking, and constantly smiling even when busy. The beach was peaceful and relaxing, easily my favourite place on the resort. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from with lots of variety. My only small criticism would be that some portion sizes felt quite small considering the price of the meals. Overall though, this hotel has absolutely got it spot on. The service is genuinely on another level and we really couldn’t have asked for more. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rhodes. Alex Eleftheriou

Far exceeded my expectations. The staff are so warm and inviting, and truly make you feel valued as an individual. The resort and facilities are amazing — absolutely everything you need for a wonderful holiday. From the beautiful surroundings to the outstanding service, every detail was exceptional. I’ll definitely be returning! A huge thank you to the incredible team at Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort & Villas for making our stay so memorable.

It hasn't been the first time I visited the Atrium Palace, and it won't be my last. The hotel is well kept, the pool area (although I never actually use it) lovely, and the food delicious. But what brings me back over and over again is the wonderful staff. From the first greeting at reception to your check-out, they make you feel so welcome. Especially Savvas, who is a great host. My family holidays here since 2011, but I only recently joined in. He welcomed me like he welcomes my parents and my uncle, who have been regulars for many years. When I am here, I usually spend the majority of my time at the beach, and Lukas is another asset for the hotel. Such a friendly crew! I can't wait to come back later in the year.
