We had a great stay at Ella Helea Beach Resort! One thing that really stood out was how clean everything was. Our room was spotless when we arrived and stayed super clean every day thanks to the hardworking housekeeping team. They were really attentive, kept things stocked, and made sure everything felt fresh and comfortable. The whole resort—from the lobby to the common areas—was always clean and well looked after, which made our stay even more relaxing. Big thanks to the housekeeping staff for all their hard work and dedication. We really appreciated their effort, and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great hotel. Couldnt fault it one bit. Rooms spacious, contemporary and cleaned daily. Food was fine, we ate out most evenings but when we did eat in, was the usual holiday buffet affair with plenty choice. Lunchtimes, again plenty choice, whilst the street food hub was great and worth a visit for gyros, burgers etc. Aqua park was fantastic and my daughter loved it! 15 minute taxi into old town (€15 each way) booked at reception but be prepared for a wait. Couple of times, waited around an hour. Staff were always polite and helpful. Plenty lifeguards on duty ensuring everyones safety, including removing a group of ignorant young people smoking in the pool!!
