⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We have just returned from a fantastic one-week stay at Mitsis Rhodos Village with our 7-month-old baby and grandparents. It was our first family holiday with our son, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay—friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They genuinely made the holiday special for us. The food was delicious with a huge variety that catered perfectly to everyone's different tastes. We were especially impressed by how accommodating the hotel was with our baby, preparing fresh fruit purées and baby-friendly food whenever we requested it. The private beach was clean, safe, and well maintained, and the beach bar was excellent. All the bars served great cocktails made by professional bartenders. The entire resort was spotless, from the pools to the restaurants and common areas. The kids' pool was fantastic, with lots of splash features and non-slip flooring that made it feel very safe for children. Special thanks to Kimber Lyn, Paraskevi, Christos Kolou, Lugen, Zeta, Niko, Arian, Antonis, Tsampikos, Mariglena, and Klaudio for their outstanding service and kindness. We had an amazing holiday and would happily return. Highly recommended for families with young children.

Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional and exceeded our expectations. All the services and facilities were perfect, the spaces were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was always polite and willing to help. A special mention goes to the housekeeping manager, Mrs. Vasiliki, who with her professionalism, kindness, and constant smile played a key role in making our stay wonderful. She immediately and effectively resolved any issues that arose during our stay, making us feel truly well taken care of. We sincerely thank her for her excellent service and positive attitude. Pizza on the beach is amazing, George and Chris are brilliant chefs and extremely welcoming and friendly, we went there daily just to see them! Beach bar team were fantastic, knew our order before we even asked, great vibes and lovely people! Amazing entertainment team! Loads of great shows every night, so many fun activities in the day, Jako was brilliant and very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend this hotel, don’t think just book!

I would not recommend this hotel, especially given the price. In my opinion, it does not provide the level of quality and service expected from a 5-star resort and feels closer to a 4-star property. The hotel's strongest features are the beautiful sea views and the newer rooms with private pools. Guests who are fortunate enough to stay in these rooms may have a more positive experience. However, beyond these highlights, we felt that many aspects of the resort did not meet the standards advertised. The food was one of the biggest disappointments of our stay. The buffet selection was repetitive, and the quality was inconsistent. For a hotel marketed as a luxury all-inclusive resort, the dining experience fell short of expectations. Service quality also varied considerably. While some staff members were friendly and helpful, the overall level of service did not justify the premium price. At times the resort felt overcrowded, and attention to detail appeared to be lacking. We found that local tavernas and restaurants nearby offered better food and a more authentic dining experience than the hotel itself. Guests visiting Rhodes may wish to explore these options rather than relying solely on the all-inclusive package. Overall, we felt that the hotel's marketing, photographs, and 5-star rating create expectations that are not consistently delivered in reality. Although the location is beautiful and some of the rooms are attractive, the overall experience did not represent good value for money. Overall rating: 2/5. We left disappointed and would not choose to stay here again.
