We spent a week at Amy’s hotel and Spa - one word: formidable! The staff were so helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left! From little things like helping us with our luggage to the most outstanding like upgrading us to a suite with a pool! Both rooms were amazing, overlooking the beautiful sea view. The pools, food and lounging areas were just perfect. We also made use of the amazing spa services! For our first trip to Rhodes this was definitely the place to stay! Just to reiterate how great the staff were - they helped me to locate my passport when I misplaced it in a cab! They helped to keep me calm, and reassured me everything would be ok - and it was! Would definitely return, and would highly recommend!

We've just got home from a week at Amus Hotel & Spa and honestly had the best time. The hotel is lovely, our room was great, the food was really good, and we enjoyed every restaurant we tried. Oliveta was probably our favourite, and we have to mention Tzoulia, who looked after us so well every time we were there. She was so friendly, attentive and just genuinely lovely. The Pink Wave Entertainment team were brilliant all week, but Dorian (Do-Do) really made our holiday. She was amazing with our daughter, who absolutely adored her, and she always had time to stop and chat to us too. Whether we were talking about family, life or just having a laugh, she made everyone feel like they mattered. She's one of those people who just brings so much warmth and positivity wherever she goes. What really stood out about this hotel wasn't just how nice it is, but the people. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and welcoming, and you could tell they genuinely cared that everyone was having a good holiday. We've completely fallen in love with Rhodes, and the team at Amus have been a huge part of that. It's one of those holidays that you'll remember because of the people as much as the place. Thank you to everyone at Amus for making our family holiday so special. We can't wait to come back.

We had a great 10 night stay at the Amus Hotel & Spa. The animation team made our holiday with plenty of activities on offer throughout each day (except Saturdays; their day off). Each member of the animation team took the time to get to know us as a family, had great banter and were simply fun; ideal for my 12 year old. The room we were allocated was quite small for the three of us, with not enough room to unpack our clothes for 10 days, however we made it work. There were also general areas of the hotel that could do with some maintenance, but overall the hotel is nice. The restaurant views were beautiful and food was great. The location is ideal and really accessible to the old town. I’d recommend taking a taxi as buses sometimes do not come, or drive past you when full. Overall, we’ve had a wonderful holiday and would recommend this hotel.

Great location, near the airport and local shops, amenities and restaurants. Rooms are well decorated and very clean. We had the most relaxing holiday and are so delighted to have discovered Amus Hotel. Everything about our stay was wonderful! The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, warm, welcoming, and brilliantly located. While the beach is pebbly and a bit cooler than the Mediterranean, it was absolutely perfect for us (just remember to bring beach shoes for the sea!). What truly sets Amus Hotel apart is its outstanding team. A special mention to Stamatia, Dimitris, Michaelis, Olessia, and the reception team for their warmth and help; Melek at the wonderful lobby cafe; the brilliant animation team who engaged brilliantly with everyone; and the hardworking restaurant staff and bar staff on the 11th floor. Whilst the buffet was great and had many options for allergies etc the A La Carte dining options were truly exceptional! Amus Hotel has truly captured our hearts, and we will definitely be returning as soon as we possibly can.

Fantastic pool bar staff were very helpful and always made sure we had a drink. The extra friendly service to our 22 year old special needs son was amazing. This also goes for the entertainment staff that made all of us feel very welcome. They supported my disabled son in playing all the entertainment games and he loved the darts. Could not give a higher rating to all the staff at the pool bar and entertainment. As well as this hotel rooms were clean and tidy and the food is excellent . Will definitely recommend and return.
