This hotell is like 99/100. Negative: Yes, the room could use an renovation, but who stays in your room at a place like this? Aircon worked great, cleaned, everything restocked etc. Thats why I say 99/100. Positive: Loved the location, the pools, the shops, restaurants. The shops had good prices and got everything you needed. The food was really good and good variation. Fun activities for everyone in the family. Now to the best part, the beach was really lovely, nice! Good food, drinks and watermelons :)! (The fruit ofc) No problem with chairs att the pool or beach (the hotell was almost fully booked also) Loved every minute we spent on the hotell, will for sure book in one more week next year!

As.family holidays go, this has jumped to the top of our list. Which is no mean feat when you're used to breaks in Dubai and the Carribean! Weather was perfect, beach is good but lots of man made sand / shingle. The standout features are twofold: The staff are exceptional! These guys are tireless and cannot do enough for.you. Shout out to the animation team: Alex, C, Adel, Evalina, Emile. These guys just made sure you had fun. The other outstanding feature is the food. Wide range and fresh ingredients, well cooked and presented! If you are thinking about here, dont, just come!

A very special thank you goes to Athina Daramara, Front Office Manager, who was absolutely exceptional throughout our stay. Coordinating the needs of a group of 20 people is not always easy, but Athina handled everything with remarkable professionalism, patience, and kindness. She helped us with restaurant reservations, arranged a late check-out, and was always available whenever we needed information or assistance. No matter what we asked, she was incredibly helpful, attentive, and welcoming, always making sure that everything was taken care of. What impressed us most was her genuine desire to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Her warmth, efficiency, and dedication made a real difference to our holiday. On behalf of all 20 of us, thank you, Athina, for taking such wonderful care of our group! You are truly an asset to Mitsis Rodos Maris, and your hospitality is one of the reasons we will remember this holiday so fondly. We had a wonderful time and would happily recommend Mitsis Rodos Maris to others.

Wow! This hotel is absolute luxury. We stayed on an all-inclusive basis and it did not disappoint. The hotel has 5 a la carte restaurants (they do get fully booked so a reservation is required), a gelateria, gyros cafe and the main restaurant which serves an incredible buffet is open pretty much all day and night. The bars are superb with excellent choices of drinks - both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to help in any way they can. My boyfriend and I decided to book a treatment in the spa - we received discount which was the cherry on top! The treatments were relaxing and heavenly. We also opted to use the sauna and indoor pool which I would highly recommend. The hotel has huge pools which can get quite busy, but overall they are spacious. There is also entertainment offered every night which we really enjoyed. The location of the hotel is quite remote - it is about an hour away by car from Old Town Rhodes, however 20 mins from Lindos. It took just under 2 hours to get to the Old Town by bus which can be a bit of a pain if you have children. This is no fault of the hotel but worth nothing. Overall, an excellent stay!

Mixed Experience: The Bad: Terrible Front Desk & Check-In: We were made to wait a long time at check-in despite there being no queue. Later, when trying to order room service, I was transferred three times on the phone with no answer. When I went down to the desk, the staff was rude and careless. Subpar Food: The à la carte restaurants are very low quality, and the room service food we eventually received was cold and soggy. The view from our room was also underwhelming. Incessant Guilt-Tripping: After filling out an internal feedback form, the reception called my room three times - first to apologize, then to make fake excuses defending themselves, and then to apologize for the food. To top it off, during check-out, the receptionist requested me twice not to leave a bad review. I wouldn't have posted publicly, but the pressure to protect their rating was too much. Great beach: On the bright side, the hotel grounds are nice, and the beach setup is excellent. Wonderful Team: While reception was a nightmare, the restaurant staff and the rest of the resort team were super nice and provided great service. Definitely didn't feel like a 5* resort.
