10/10 Memorable Stay & Outstanding Service! My wife and I had an absolutely awesome stay at the Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel, Dubai, in September 2025. We enjoyed it very much, and the incredible team made the experience truly memorable. Pros: Location: The location is unbeatable, especially being directly attached to the Mall of the Emirates. Check-in: Reception and check-in were seamless, easy, and fast. Team Stars: A massive special thanks to Jamie from the reception team. She not only handled a fantastic upgrade for us but also arranged a beautiful birthday surprise for my wife during our stay, a truly personal and thoughtful touch. Housekeeping & Breakfast: Anise from housekeeping is another team star who looked after us with exceptional care throughout our entire stay. Similarly, Salman at the breakfast restaurant was brilliant and took very good care of us every single time we dined. Con: The only minor issue we noted was with the shower drainage in room 1605, which was not great; water accumulated very quickly every time we showered. Despite that small detail, this hotel deserves 10 out of 10. Thank you, Sheraton team, for making our stay as memorable as ever. We definitely will come back for more experiences next time!

This hotel is the place to stay during your visit to Dubai! The service exceeded my expectation! Sami was amazing and very attentive to all of your needs! The check in and check out process was beyond easy! The daily cleaning service did an amazing a d outstanding job. The entire staff make you feel like family! Guess what? This hotel is also connected to the mall of the Emirates, and this mall is an experience you dont want to miss!

My stay at the Sheraton Mall of Emirates was excellent overall, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting this side of Dubai. The location is unbeatable, directly connected to the mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. My room was spacious and offered stunning views of the Burj Al Arab and Sheikh Zayed Road, which really elevated the experience. Breakfast at Besh restaurant was decent, though the service could be more attentive, especially during busy periods when the staff seemed stretched thin. One small navigation quirk: switching lifts to reach the ground level or the mall via 2nd floor can be a bit cumbersome. I do need to mention a concerning incident where my room was mistakenly given to another guest, who actually entered while it was still assigned to me. The staff were extremely apologetic, and while I personally wasn't bothered, this is the kind of error a luxury hotel simply cannot afford. In different circumstances, had someone been in a private or intimate moment, this could have escalated into a serious issue. Despite this lapse, everything else about my stay was fantastic. The hotel delivers on comfort, location, and overall experience. With a bit more attention to operational details, it would be absolutely flawless. Still, I wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend it to others.

Excellent service provided by Nurul Islam, customer service at its best! Quality of food absolutely exceptional, we got the business lunch and the portions were extremely big compared with the offers from other restaurants. One of the best Turkish cuisine restaurants in Dubai with Burj Al Arab view from the terrace.

Huge thanks to Amr and Safa at reception — they truly went above and beyond and made me feel taken care of from the moment I arrived. Their kindness stood out throughout my stay. I also want to thank Ihassane at the Premium Lounge for her attentive and friendly service. The hotel is great, but it’s really the team that makes the experience special.
