Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel, Dubai

As a Marriott Titanium Lifetime member for over 10 years, I have come to expect a consistent and well-communicated standard of service across Marriott properties. Unfortunately, this stay fell short in several key areas. At check-in, my status was acknowledged verbally, but I was not provided with any written overview of my elite benefits or the benefits associated with the suite I had booked. Upon entering the room, there was also no welcome letter or welcome amenity of any kind—no fruit, no note, nothing. This was genuinely the first time in over a decade that I have walked into a Marriott room with no form of recognition beyond a verbal greeting. Additionally, included suite benefits—specifically two Ski Dubai tickets—were not provided at arrival and had to be requested the following day. Breakfast was another disappointment. For a hotel of this size in a global destination like Dubai, the buffet was underwhelming and lacked the variety and quality expected, particularly with respect to Emirati and international offerings. Despite breakfast being included in my benefits, we chose to dine elsewhere on the final morning. Housekeeping was inconsistent. On two occasions during our four-night stay, we returned after being out for most of the day to find the room had not been serviced, requiring follow-up calls to request cleaning. Positives included the generous room size (design is subjective) and several outstanding staff members. The gentleman serving tea at the entrance consistently offered a warm and genuine welcome, and the valet and luggage staff were professional, attentive, and courteous throughout our stay. Overall, while there were individual staff highlights, the experience did not align with the expectations of a Marriott-branded property at this level. As a Titanium Lifetime member, I was left underwhelmed and unlikely to return.

Excellent location and service. I am immensely enjoying the experience. Staff is very friendly and makes you feel at home. Breakfast is so much more than you can eat, different type of cuisine and you can easily find one to your taste. Azchik, the waiter has been especially helpful and welcoming at the breakfast. This place is a 5 🌟. I am coming from another country and this is really nice here. They take care of the customers so much. The respect is in another level really. Before you get in any mall or big public spaces they have sanitised wheelchairs and baby stroller! Sanitised! Well done Mall of Emirates. Very well done.

Had an amazing experience at the Sheraton and will be mostly staying here again whenever I am back in Dubai. The service was outstanding from everybody in the hotel especially our room attendant Salmahu who had done our stay even more memorable by decorating our room for a celebration of ours. The breakfast was great with a variety of different options as well as the service by the waiters always willing to assist you. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Always a great experience to be here. Continously improving upon their services and facilities. In the heart of Sheraton MOE, rests the courtesy of their staff. Always very welcoming. Mr Harun at the breakfast was extremely caring and efficient. Some old employees who left are Faisal and Nadir. It made me sad not to see them around.
