We were very satisfied with everything during our 5-day stay at the hotel. All the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. We would especially like to thank Chef Mohan and Chef Sadaqat from the kitchen team. They were very supportive when it came to our meals and kindly prepared the dishes we requested. I would like to express my special thanks to Chef Mohan. His kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help made us feel truly at home. We would also like to thank Executive Chef Essam Nabhan. When we were leaving the hotel, they gave us gifts, which made us very happy. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our departure even more memorable. We sincerely thank the entire hotel team for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service. We would be delighted to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Dubai Marina Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious food, and the hotel’s location is excellent. Dubai Marina, the Marina Walk, restaurants, shops, and public transport are all within easy walking distance, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value, outstanding service, and a comfortable atmosphere. I would highly recommend Sheraton Dubai Marina Hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Dubai.

Excellent location for JBR walk and blue water island. Hotel staff is exceptional. Everybody was very welcoming and accommodating. Specially I wanna thanks to Chandu and Raj Kumar, who were really accommodating in main restaurant and JoJo from the Chinese restaurant. From Pool side assistant I want to thanks to Rahul and Sunil for looking after us. It was a memorable stay. We would definitely like to stay again in the future.

They looked after our group of eight girls so well and played a huge part in making our celebration so special. We, five golden girls (seniors) recently stayed at the Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort for one night fun. A special thank you to Neha on front desk who welcomed us with her beautiful smile. Bar Manager Johar who took extra effort to show us around and introduced us to chefs Shiva who promised us with special vagitrain cooking for our two friends. From the moment we arrived, they tried to make our stay unforgettable. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, or near the bliss sitting area or dining in the restaurant, during breakfast we got special welcome cake by Delma. We got exceptional service, and genuine care. They looked after our group of five ladies so well. The level of hospitality they provided was outstanding and truly exceeded our expectations. The resort itself was fantastic, but it was the staff who made the experience exceptional. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, a wonderful atmosphere, and staff who genuinely care about their guests.
