A special thank you to Johan, John, Shares, and Lijesh at Azure Pool Bar. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, dining in the restaurant, or enjoying drinks in the evening, they were always there with a smile, exceptional service, and genuine care. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their attention to detail made all the difference. They looked after our group of eight girls so well and played a huge part in making our celebration so special. The level of hospitality they provided was outstanding and truly exceeded our expectations. The resort itself was fantastic, but it was the staff who made the experience exceptional. Thank you for helping create such amazing memories and for giving our friend the perfect send-off. Had a fabulous stay at the Sheraton JBR Blessing at the breakfast reception was wonderful a very welcoming. So polite and helpful, engaging with my small baby an older daughter. Even brought us a “Thank you for staying” cake. Lovely gesture x The chef also came to thank us whilst at breakfast and to make sure we was enjoying the food. Breakfast was lovely, really fresh foods Rooms was perfect, newly renovated and really clean. In all we had a fantastic stay and would 100% definitely be staying again.

We, five golden girls (seniors) recently stayed at the Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort for one night fun. A special thank you to Neha on front desk who welcomed us with her beautiful smile. Bar Manager Johar who took extra effort to show us around and introduced us to chefs Shiva who promised us with special vagitrain cooking for our two friends. From the moment we arrived, they tried to make our stay unforgettable. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, or near the bliss sitting area or dining in the restaurant, during breakfast we got special welcome cake by Delma. We got exceptional service, and genuine care. They looked after our group of five ladies so well. The level of hospitality they provided was outstanding and truly exceeded our expectations. The resort itself was fantastic, but it was the staff who made the experience exceptional. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, a wonderful atmosphere, and staff who genuinely care about their guests. First of all, must say our fault we didn’t check it s super kids friendly place so since hotel is fully booked we encounter too many kids which were loud and unpleasant on the pool and beach but ok. We went to other nearby adults only places during the day. What makes my review 5 * instead of 3 is staff. They are so nice, welcoming, biggest regards and best experience we had with assistant manger Sohaila, she did amazing job! We re titanium marriot members and she really did amazing job to make us feel welcome. She deserves promotion! Other lady I loved was Jazz from the club lounge, she really made our stay here memorable. We had minor issue in the room which staff made sure was fixed. Location is great- close to everything. Room view was nice. Restaurants however need improvement, Chinese one was bad. Club lounge on the other hand is excellent! So I need to say, keep the good staff because otherwise your rating will drop down significantly. Appreciate them. Comparing to other 5 star hotels Sheraton with amenities is below average but people working there are the best!

Very disappointed with yesterday’s Eid brunch at Seafield Mediterranean Eatery, Sheraton JBR. The event was heavily marketed as a special “Eid Al Adha Brunch Special” with promises of a festive family atmosphere, live entertainment, kids’ activities, Middle Eastern experiences, generous buffet spreads and live cooking stations. From the advertising, you would reasonably expect an Eid-focused event with an appropriate atmosphere and cultural influence. Unfortunately, that was not the reality at all. Instead, it simply felt like the hotel’s normal Saturday brunch and holiday pool atmosphere with external guests added into the existing restaurant space. I think hotels need to be much clearer in future and explicitly state when an “Eid event” is simply families booking into the hotel’s regular restaurant alongside standard hotel guests using the pool and beach facilities throughout the afternoon. I completely understand that hotel guests on holiday will naturally be in swimwear and poolside attire — that is not my issue. The issue was how this was marketed. We arrived dressed appropriately for what we believed would be a dedicated Eid celebration, only to have guests constantly walking in and out around us in swimwear carrying sopping wet towels, including topless male guests walking through the venue. It honestly made us feel embarrassed and uncomfortable for having dressed up for the occasion. We have attended many Eid events at hotels before and have never experienced anything like this. The venue itself was also extremely warm because the doors leading directly to the beach and pool area were constantly open for guests coming in and out throughout the afternoon. The music was incredibly loud to the point we had to shout at each other just to be heard. The entire atmosphere felt more like an Ibiza-style holiday club than an Eid gathering for families. There was very little actual Eid atmosphere or Islamic influence despite the way this had been promoted. In reality, it amounted to a few Eid signs, someone dressed in an Arabic-style costume, and another person doing caricature drawings while loud western party-style music played throughout. The food was also extremely disappointing. Service was slow, many dishes were left empty, and the quality and variety were nowhere near what had been advertised. We were told to expect seafood and live cooking stations, yet I genuinely do not remember seeing any live cooking stations at all, and there was very little seafood available. In the end, my children had a couple of slices of pizza, which was really disappointing considering the price and the way the event had been promoted. Overall, this felt very misleadingly advertised and did not resemble the Eid experience that was promised. Following my feedback, the hotel management did contact me directly and took the comments on board, which I appreciated. They also kindly offered to invite us back to one of their hotels in the hope that we would leave with a more positive experience. While the gesture was appreciated, we are happy to simply move on from the experience. My main reason for sharing this feedback is simply to highlight that events should be marketed clearly and honestly in future so that guests know exactly what type of experience they are booking and expectations are not misleading.
