Lovely, recently refurbished rooms. Our shower was awesome, immaculately clean and the housekeeping was beyond expectations. The club lounge is very comfortable, but the one thing that makes this hotel so great..... is the staff are the most polite and accommodating I've found anywhere else in the world. Keep up the great work 👍🏻

I stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Dubai for the first time, and it was amazing! The hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, so it’s super convenient for shopping and grabbing a meal. The station is also close by, making the location perfect. The lounge service was fantastic, and the snacks were delicious—I visited every day during my 5-day stay. I’d definitely love to stay here again on my next trip!

We arrived early, and Ibrahim from the front desk helped us and was able to check-in early. The ambiance was a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, with every detail thoughtfully curated to make guests feel truly welcome. They are very professional, courteous, and genuinely invested in making our stay memorable. Also we met Winona too, one of the front desk who was very friendly and kind. The concierge staff were very friendly and helpful, we thanked John and Richard, the bell boys, who always helped us with our transport and luggage. Accommodation: Our apartment was massive—spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen and living room were very clean. Housekeeping was prompt when we needed anything. Dining Experience: We had breakfast each day, and the culinary offerings were exceptional. I would commend chef Carla for being so friendly, when she found out that it was my husband's and my daughter's birthdays, she made an effort to provide a delicious cake and was delivered to our room, the staff were attentive and knowledgeable, always ready to serve with a warm smile. Food was amazing. Location The hotel's location was ideal - close to key attractions. Overall, I commend all the staff of Sheraton Grand hotel Dubai for being so polite and professional, it exceeded our expectations and made our stay so comfortable and meaningful. Definitely we will be coming back.

I had such a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand Dubai! The hotel was spotless and had a beautiful atmosphere, but what truly stood out was the *exceptional customer service*. My friend wasn’t feeling well, and one of the staff members overheard and made her a special tea. The next day, they checked in to see how she was doing and made the tea again — that kind of care is rare and truly appreciated. The food at **Feast Restaurant** on the 6th floor was amazing! As someone from Trinidad and Tobago, I loved that the dishes were full of flavor and real spices — it felt like home! I can’t remember the lovely lady’s name who helped us (she was from the Philippines and I think a manager), but she was so kind and professional. Overall, Sheraton Grand Dubai exceeded my expectations. Great service, delicious food, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommend!

Wow what a place! the staff are so friendly, the food exceptional! The pool bar was my favourite hangout whilst my son asked to go to Kids Club, which he didn't have to! The Azure Pool Bar was great! Abdur Rehman, Ansari and Ruby were amazing!! Very attentive, and fast! they were great with my son
