From the warm and professional welcome by the valet parking and reception teams to the thoughtful gestures throughout our stay, we felt truly valued as guests. The staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary special, greeting us warmly and surprising us with a beautifully presented cake—a touch of elegance that made the occasion unforgettable. Breakfast was exquisite, with Kemna from Indonesia providing attentive, graceful service that added a personal and sophisticated touch. The business lounge staff were equally accommodating and friendly, ensuring a seamless and refined experience. From impeccable service to thoughtful details, every aspect of our stay reflected true luxury and hospitality. Highly recommended for couples and those seeking an extraordinary stay.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Sheraton Grand Hotel. The hotel offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, with clean, well-maintained rooms and great amenities. The overall environment feels professional yet relaxing, making it a great choice for both business and leisure stays. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my visit, which really added to the experience. While there’s still a little room to elevate things from very good to exceptional, I’d definitely recommend the Sheraton Grand and would be happy to stay here again.

One of the finest hotel on bonvoy hotels group . And best in sheik Zayed road. Very great hospitality great service my their team. Huge rooms clean with excellent function toilets. Good lounge resturant. Wide breakfast spread. Their roof top lounge is best view. Huge beautiful lobby. Best with family & kids. Value for money. They treat you like home feels.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Sheraton Dubai and I would like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the staff, even during moments when some guests were quite demanding. A special and sincere thank you goes to Ms. Jelena Prvulovic and Ms. Assumtha, the managers who handled my complaint regarding a room with a defective marble floor. They reacted quickly, professionally, and with great courtesy, immediately finding a suitable alternative solution. Their approach truly reflects high hospitality standards and genuine care for guests. A huge and well-deserved thank you also goes to Mr. Kassem, the Head of Concierge. I had ordered headphones that were delivered late, after I had already returned to my home country. Mr. Kassem personally took care of the situation and arranged for the shipment, helping me until everything was resolved. His dedication, reliability, and willingness to assist went far beyond expectations. One small suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding an extra person to the Concierge team, as Mr. Kassem was clearly very busy handling many guest requests at the same time. Overall, a great experience with outstanding staff who truly make the difference. I would gladly return and recommend this hotel to others. I would also like to compliment the housekeeping team for their excellent cleanliness and attention to detail, which made the room consistently comfortable and welcoming throughout my stay.

The Service in this Hotel is just not from this world - wow! From the Valet Parking, to the Reception, Service and House Keeping - the people are extremly friendly and attentative to any detail. I am truly thankful for choosing this hotel it‘s exceptional. The rooms are very spacious and nice. I reccommend to ask for a room with a view towards the city otherwise you might just look at the other side of the hotel… but if so it‘s ok, just go to the rooftop pool which is amazing and take a wagyu burger ;) We loved our stay there so much and are so sad to stay now at a hotel in the Jumeira Palm where the service is so bad compared to the Sheraton :( We will definetly come back.
