I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Dubai Creek. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They graciously accommodated a late check-out request, which made my travel schedule much more convenient. The room service was excellent—prompt, professional, and consistently high quality. I was especially impressed by the laundry service; my clothes were returned perfectly cleaned and folded as if they were brand new. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and the attention to detail truly stood out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, excellent service, and a fantastic location overlooking the beautiful Dubai Creek. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with stunning views and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. We also loved the breakfast (Basket Bakery i think), which offered Croissants, Danish Pastries, and White Sliced Bread along with jam and butter. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm, elegant, and relaxing.

Had an excellent stay at Sheraton Dubai Creek. The view of the creek was absolutely stunning and made the experience even more special. A special thanks to the Vivaldi team — Munar and Pushparaj — for creating such memorable moments with their warm hospitality and outstanding service. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Their hospitality, warmth, and attention to detail truly made our stay special. To our surprise, the team went above and beyond by arranging a beautiful cake and a personalized card featuring our family photo along with the Sheraton image. Such thoughtful gestures created memories that we will cherish for a long time. The views from the hotel are stunning, and despite being one of the oldest properties in the UAE, the hotel is exceptionally well maintained and continues to deliver the standards of a true five-star experience. A big thank you to the entire team for making our evening so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and looking for outstanding service, comfort, and genuine hospitality. We can’t wait to visit again!
