I had such an amazing stay at Shangri-La. Everything from start to finish was exceptional. The staff were incredibly helpful with everything and made me feel so welcomed throughout my stay. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, spotless, and everything was such amazing quality. What truly made the experience special was how attentive and sweet all the staff were. A special thank you to Khodarahm on the door, who was such a kind and lovely gentleman and always greeted us warmly. The reception team were also wonderful and made sure I had the best possible stay, always going above and beyond to help. The breakfast was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had — so much variety and everything was delicious and high quality. Overall, I couldn’t fault a thing and would definitely stay again. Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable experience!

Top of the line service details. They make you feel at home when staying there. Ask for the Bronze add-on package to have your room decorated upon entry. Its bot expensive at all to add it on. Very comfortable beds, I slept like a baby and i usually have a hard time falling asleep, I'm super picky. Very clean rooms with excellent views of the Burj Khalifa. Paying a little extra for Horizon Rooms are worth it, the breakfast buffet included free of charge with these rooms is out of this world 🌎 👌
