We had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Dubai and genuinely enjoyed every moment. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional, from the valet and concierge team right through to housekeeping and the Horizon Lounge staff. The whole team was friendly, attentive and consistently went above and beyond to make our stay special. A massive shout-out to Janeth, Erica, Zineb, Saw and chef Uditha in the Horizon Lounge. They were absolutely fantastic and made us feel so welcome. They were especially wonderful with our daughter, taking the time to prepare special food for her and making sure she was well looked after. Their kindness, warmth and genuine care really stood out and made our stay even more memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful, with large, spacious rooms and very comfortable beds, making it easy to relax after a busy day. The pool on the 4th floor is also lovely, and was a great place to unwind. From the moment we arrived, the valet and concierge were fantastic, and every member of the team we encountered was professional, welcoming and helpful. It’s clear that the staff genuinely care about their guests and take pride in providing an excellent experience. Thank you to the entire Shangri-La Dubai team for making our stay so special. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back!

I had such an amazing stay at Shangri-La. Everything from start to finish was exceptional. The staff were incredibly helpful with everything and made me feel so welcomed throughout my stay. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, spotless, and everything was such amazing quality. What truly made the experience special was how attentive and sweet all the staff were. A special thank you to Khodarahm on the door, who was such a kind and lovely gentleman and always greeted us warmly. The reception team were also wonderful and made sure I had the best possible stay, always going above and beyond to help. The breakfast was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had — so much variety and everything was delicious and high quality. Overall, I couldn’t fault a thing and would definitely stay again. As a father and grandfather travelling with our family, our stay at the Shangri-La Dubai was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team—from the doormen and bellhops to the security staff who held elevators and warmly greeted guests—made us feel genuinely welcome. A special mention goes to Pradeep, the Assistant Manager at Dunes Café, who always greeted us with warmth and ensured the masala chai was consistently prepared to perfection. We are also especially grateful to Mustafa at check-in, who went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests, arrange rooms with a view, and graciously provide a late checkout. The hospitality shown by the team at Horizons Lounge, including Janeth, Keith, and their colleagues, was remarkable. They treated our family with genuine kindness and care, ensuring our grandchildren always had warm milk when needed and making everyone feel completely at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful way the team celebrated my son\-in-law’s birthday. The cake, balloons for the children, and a beautiful gift box of exquisite chocolates made the occasion truly memorable and reflected the genuine care the staff extend to their guests. The Shangri-La Dubai offers incredible amenities, an ideal location for families, and, most importantly, a team that delivers hospitality from the heart.
