⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5) We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, and I'm writing this review to help future guests know what to expect. The hotel has many positive points. The staff were always polite, friendly, and helpful, and the hotel was generally clean. The room was spacious, the bars offered a great selection of premium drinks, and the cocktails were excellent. The food quality was good, although the variety was limited and the menu became repetitive after two days. The hotel also offered enjoyable daily activities such as yoga, beach volleyball, water polo, and other entertainment. However, we weren't informed about these activities on our first day and only discovered them gradually during our stay. There were also a few disappointing issues. Our bathroom had a drainage problem that took several reports before it was finally fixed. Although the room was spacious, it felt outdated, with old furniture, poor lighting, and a torn bed sheet. The steam room was extremely small. The all-inclusive concept could also be improved, as the snack bar closed at 4:00 PM, leaving almost nothing to eat until dinner. Despite these issues, I really appreciated how the hotel handled our feedback. After speaking with the management, they listened carefully to our concerns, sincerely apologized, fixed the bathroom issue, and even left a complimentary bottle of wine in our room as a thoughtful gesture. This showed that they genuinely care about their guests and are willing to take feedback seriously and improve the guest experience. Overall, I expected more for the price we paid, but I appreciate the hotel's willingness to resolve problems and hope they continue improving, because the hotel has great potential.

We stayed at Selectum Luxury Resort Belek as a family and overall had a very enjoyable holiday experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, and a special thank you goes to Catalina, who kindly supported us during our stay and made us feel well taken care of. The resort offers a wide variety of food throughout the day, with plenty of options available at the main restaurant. The staff were generally friendly, polite, and always doing their best to assist guests, which we truly appreciated. The public areas, pools, and overall resort environment were kept clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool cabanas, which provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere during the day. The resort also offers many family-friendly facilities, and there is always something to do or explore within the property. Our room was spacious enough for a family stay and was cleaned regularly. Housekeeping responded when needed, and we appreciated the efforts to keep everything comfortable during our holiday. Throughout our stay, we felt the team was working hard to ensure guests had a pleasant experience, and many small details contributed positively to our holiday. The atmosphere around the resort was lively and family-oriented. Overall, we left with many good memories and would describe Selectum as a large, vibrant, and enjoyable family resort with plenty of activities and services available for guests. We would like to thank all the staff once again, especially Catalina, for her kind support during our stay.

We have just returned from an amazing vacation at this hotel, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! Everything was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was spotless, and the entire hotel was impeccably clean. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes available every day, so there was always something for everyone. We stayed in the Family Area, and before our trip I was a little worried because I couldn’t find much information about the walking distance to the main hotel or the beach. In reality, it was much closer than expected! It takes only about 3 minutes to reach the main hotel and around 10 minutes to walk to the beach, which was absolutely fine for us. I especially recommend this hotel for families. The Family Area is peaceful, cool, and relaxing, with quick access to the pool, where there are always plenty of shaded areas to enjoy. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation!

We stayed as a family of four and unfortunately found it fell well short of its luxury branding. The hotel itself felt dated and surprisingly dark, particularly the family room, which didn’t seem to have been designed with families in mind. The layout created practical issues, the room lacked natural light, if you close the dividing door the kids don’t get aircon, kids bed unstable, nails sticking out and other issues that meant the adults are basically locked on their side. The biggest disappointment was the lack of things for children to do. The kids’ club often appeared quiet, with bored children and little atmosphere or engagement. The lazy river was closed throughout our stay due to large construction site, which dominated the view from the family area, which significantly impacted the overall experience. The food and drink offering was also underwhelming. Coffee quality was poor, food was repetitive, and there were very limited options for guests with allergies or dietary requirements. Despite being advertised as a luxury resort, the dining experience felt average at best. We were only able to use the Italian à la carte restaurant during our stay, as the booking availability of the other restaurants made them effectively inaccessible. While the staff we encountered were friendly and clearly working hard, there simply weren’t enough of them when the resort was busy. Service often felt slow and inconsistent, particularly during peak periods. There are some positives, including the pool areas and the efforts of individual staff members, but overall the resort did not deliver the family-focused luxury experience we were expecting. For the price paid, it represented poor value, and we would not return.

We had a wonderful stay at Selectum Luxury Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food offered a great variety and was fresh and delicious every day. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. We also enjoyed the pools, beach, and entertainment, which made the experience even more relaxing and fun. Overall, it was an excellent vacation, and we would definitely recommend Selectum Luxury Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable getaway. We look forward to visiting again!
