I have just checked out of this wonderful hotel and I am sad to be leaving. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble for all the staff. Beach was clean ,pool clean, food was beyond fantastic. A special thanks to Rosaly who waited on us and her beaming smile made mealtimes that extra special. The rooms were cleaned everyday and if we wanted anything the staff just made it happen. The weather was perfect and we have already decided to come back next year. We have stayed on the palm in bigger hotels but the experience wasn’t as near as good as the one we have had this week. Thank you to all the staff and see you next time

We had an amazing stay, and we have to give special recognition to the hotel staff. Specially Rosaly of the resto team and the incredibly welcoming Filipino guy at the entry who assisted us from the beginning up to the very end of our vacay (forgot his name) they went above and beyond to make sure we telt comfortable, checking in regularly to see if we needed anything. Thanks also to the housekeeping team who kept our room spotless clean every day and the cool service staff at the rooftop bar. Their genuine kindness and attention to detail made our trip so much more enjoyable. It's rare to see a team that works with such warmth and dedication — they truly made us feel like valued guests. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable and hope to see you again very soon!

Nice Hotel.Had a great n pleasant stay.Travelled with family. Thanks to Mustafa for smooth check in and yes he gave free upgrade to deluxe room. Room was spacious and very neat n clean. Breakfast spread was good Thanks to chef Managal he prepared Jain food for us. Roof top asian restaurant has a great view.Must have dinner there.Staff too nice n friendly ready to help n guide. beach is clean pool too very clean.Ovreall a nice property do visit.

I had a wonderful stay at Royal Central Hotel and Resorts. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming — their hospitality truly made the experience memorable. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. Overall, everything from check-in to checkout was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone visiting.

Great location, great pool area and towel service, great service level with pleasant service orientated staff. Note to be early (before 9.30/10) on the beach if you are a group, as tanning beds are occupied relatively early and it can be difficult to find adjacent ones otherwise. Pool area even earlier, we never maneged but we didn't bring small kids and thus didn't need to be close to the kids pool. Took us a day or two to figure out the housekeeping-yes/no system (two switches by the bed) but it worked well and the room was cleaned nicely. They also provided plenty of toiletries, so hadn't been necessary to bring that, and they re-stocked plenty of water. They were good to help out, eg. they kindly disposed of two larger suitcases (broke during the trip there), and removed a bird that got trapped on our balcony. Got the sense that they would have been very helpfull i sorting out anything. The valet service was also good and service oriented, with very litlle waiting time. The perfumery did have nice selection, in my taste a bit pushy sales person, but my son bought smt on day1, so we got off the radar early in our stay 😅. The gym had a couple of treadmills, cross fit, a few weight-machines/benches, weights, rowing machine. It was most busy in the morning. All in all we had a Very Pleasant stay, and particularly enjoyed the evening view at the rooftop cafe, the valet parking, the friendly staff and the beach.
