We had a wonderful stay at Royal Central Hotel & Resort The Palm! Everything exceeded our expectations, from the beautiful facilities to the excellent service. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. A special thank you to Renato, Rosaly, and Mostafa for their exceptional hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication made our experience even more memorable. We are very happy and satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend Royal Central Hotel & Resort The Palm to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We look forward to coming back!

A very special thank you to Ms. Soumaya, the Restaurant Manager, for her professionalism, kindness, and the great attention she gives to her guests and her team. We would also like to sincerely thank Ms. Rosalyn and Mr. Ali for their excellent service, warm welcome, and constant attention. And last but certainly not least, a very special mention to Ms. Chan, whose kindness, smile, and wonderful attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful stay at Royal Central Hotel I really enjoyed my stay at Royal Central Hotel and would happily recommend it. I stayed for a full week, and from the beginning to the end, the experience was excellent. My room was very clean and comfortable, and when I had a small issue with the shower, the hotel handled it immediately. They changed my room without any questions or hesitation, which I really appreciated. The service throughout my stay was impeccable. The entire team is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Everyone genuinely makes an effort to help and is always willing to go the extra mile. A special thank you to Ilham, who was especially sweet, kind, and helpful. She made me feel very welcome and was always there whenever I needed anything. Overall, I had a wonderful week here and felt very well taken care of. Five stars from me, thank you to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable!

Had a wonderful stay! My bae surprised me with a birthday getaway, and it turned out to be absolutely perfect. The reception team upgraded our premium room to a suite, which made the experience even more special, and they also sent a lovely cake—such a thoughtful gesture! The property is beautiful, and the staff’s hospitality was truly outstanding. A special mention to Mr. Rajesh for his exceptional service—he made our stay even more memorable.
