My boyfriend and I stayed at Rixos JBR Dubai from July 15th to July 22nd, 2026, and we had an absolutely amazing experience. At the beginning of our stay, we were informed that the main pool was under renovation and that only the smaller pool was available. Of course, this was initially a little disappointing. However, the hotel manager, Mert, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He found an incredible solution for us by upgrading us to a beautiful suite. We were beyond happy and truly impressed by his professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction. We have honestly never experienced such outstanding hospitality before. Not only Mert, but every single member of the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Everyone made us feel genuinely valued, and their warmth exceeded all our expectations. The food was simply outstanding—every meal was delicious, with an incredible variety and excellent quality. What made this hotel truly special was the atmosphere. From the very first day, we felt like part of the Rixos family rather than just guests. That feeling is priceless. Thank you so much for such a wonderful and unforgettable stay. We would choose Rixos JBR again without hesitation and cannot wait to come back!

I had a great stay for the second time at Rixos JBR for 16 nights. The location is perfect as all of the restaurants are within walking distance. The rooms are modern and well designed and kept immaculately clean. The housekeeping team did a great job at maintaining the cleaning standard - a special shout out to Lynn from housekeeping and Bishal, who always greeted us with a smile. The staff members here have impeccable manners which is definitely something that stands out to me. I am giving 4/5 stars as we did have some issues with the hotel phone not working. However, this was resolved promptly. We did experience some leaks in the room from the heavy rain. The staff outside are always helpful and go the extra mile to find you a taxi if you need. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and I will definitely be back.

I would like to formally express my disappointment regarding the unprofessional manner in which I was treated by your employee, Rajab, at Naturelife Spa in Rixos hotel JBR The interaction did not reflect the level of hospitality, professionalism, or guest care expected from a hotel and spa operating under your reputation. I called Naturelife spa today morning for booking, before any welcoming he asked while i have voucher or not, then when i said yes he directly said full booking! If the spa was already fully booked, I do not understand why I was asked about my voucher in a manner that felt inappropriate and unwelcoming. After it became clear that I had a voucher, both the tone and attitude of the conversation noticeably changed, which left me feeling uncomfortable and poorly received as a guest. I explained clearly that my voucher was limited time and the offer will finish today that I had booked late at night, while no one from the spa reservation department was responding at the time. Instead of offering assistance or trying to find a professional solution, Rajab repeatedly stated that the reservations were fully booked and told me to “go solve the issue with Groupon.” As a guest, I was simply asking for guidance and support, yet the conversation was handled in a dismissive and unwelcoming manner. Despite my respectful approach, there was no attempt to assist, accommodate, or even communicate professionally. Regardless of whether he works directly for the hotel or through a third party, he still represents the hotel and its standards. Unfortunately, this type of behavior can negatively affect the hotel’s reputation and the overall guest experience. Customer service should remain professional and respectful regardless of the booking method or voucher source. I hope this matter will be reviewed seriously and addressed appropriately to ensure other guests are not treated in a similar way in the future. Our first day at Rixos has turned out to be rather disappointing. I understand the family pool has been closed due to maintenance however we were told that the other pool which is usual for adults is now for everyone. However, the staff are not happy with this and are enforcing the families to sit away from the pool apparently its for the children's protection but it's so hot that the children are sitting on the sides of the pool anyway. So first the pool attendant said the suggestion is that families sit on the back row for the child's safety as the people next to the pool are drinking, so its apparently safer to have the children walk through all of the adults first to get to their parents and on the hot floor. Next the pool "Manager" came over and said the suggestion is not a suggestion its a rule I asked to see this rule... nothing. So then the hotel management came to reinforce this child safety nonsense rule that has just been created without any actual safety logic, I explained so he left us be. So we in the end just grabbed our things and left. I know you want this to look like nikki beach but unfortunately the adult pool is now for everyone and if you believe families spend less money than a couple of singles your hugely wrong. Let me ask you this how is it safer for the children to walk through all the drinking adults before getting to their seat than sitting near the pool? We will most likely leave this place and go to a hotel that respects their guests more than their ego.
