We are very satisfied with the housekeeping service at the hotel. We would especially like to highlight Aye, who does an excellent job. She is always very friendly, reliable, and pays great attention to detail. Our room is very well maintained. It is clear that she takes great pride in her work. We would also like to thank the entire hotel team. Especially during the current tensions and crisis in the region, the staff remain calm, professional, and incredibly supportive. Their dedication and positive attitude make guests feel safe and well cared for.

One staff member really stands out: Abu Said is a member of the house keeping team and has been looking after our room for us. Abu is very professional and polite. He cleans the room thoroughly and is always upbeat and happy. Abu has really made our stay and I thank him for everything he has done to ensure we are comfortable.
