We recently stayed at Rixos JBR in Dubai as a family with our 9-month-old baby, and we were absolutely impressed. The entire staff is extremely child-friendly, and we immediately felt welcome. Our room was very spacious, giving our baby plenty of space to crawl and play comfortably. The pool area is fantastic for both adults and children/babies, the music around the pool is well mixed, and both the food and drinks served there are top-notch. The overall food quality is great as well, especially the desserts at dinner. A little more variety for dinner would be appreciated. We are overall extremely satisfied with our stay. There were only two minor points worth mentioning: On some days, the music from the neighboring beach club was quite loud, especially when traveling with a baby. Luckily, the hotel immediately offered a solution and changed our room to the city side. Thanks a lot. Highly appreciated. Secondly, while the staff was always loving and positive towards our baby, many employees touched our baby’s hands, feet, or face. It would be better to maintain a little more distance, as most parents may find this uncomfortable. Overall, we highly recommend Rixos JBR and would happily return! Some words to housekeeping: I had an excellent experience with Ali Raza from housekeeping service. He is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and always very attentive to every detail. The rooms were consistently spotless and perfectly organized, and he always made sure everything felt welcoming and comfortable. Thanks for this great service

I truely recommend this hotel especially for a family vacation. When we arrived Sarah at reception was absolutly amazing! Very polite and nice with my kids. We would come back everytime if she would be the one greeting. On the other hand there was a turkish lady last night not so nice a bit rude especially with my son that was asking questions. If she would be the one greeting us I dont think we would come back. But definatly the other personal top nouch! Nemeh from house keeping also helped us with all our requests, housekeeping department was lovely! And definatly recommending the beach and pool area, my kids were so happy ❤️

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR! The hotel is not only beautifully located but also offers excellent service. Everything was always perfectly clean and well maintained – a big thank you to the housekeeping team, especially San, who did an outstanding job with his friendliness and attention to detail. The food at Turquoise and the other restaurants was simply delicious, with so much variety and top quality. On top of that, the team went above and beyond to make our stay special – they beautifully prepared everything for our wedding anniversary and my birthday, which made us feel truly celebrated and cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and we will definitely come back!
