We came to Rixos Gulf Hotel for a quick three-day staycation to celebrate my mum's belated 50th birthday. Initially, we were simply looking forward to a relaxing getaway, but our stay became even more special thanks to Sonia. When we checked in, Sonia came up with the brilliant idea of arranging a beautiful birthday room decoration for my mum. We coordinated the best time for the room to be decorated, and all I had to do was send her a few photos. She took care of everything else. The room looked absolutely gorgeous, and my mum was completely surprised—in the best way possible! It made her birthday celebration so much more memorable, and we couldn't have been happier. The staff throughout the hotel were warm, attentive, and welcoming, and the facilities were excellent. We also visited the spa and enjoyed the most amazing hammam ritual—an absolute highlight of our stay. I highly recommend Rixos Gulf Hotel. A huge thank you to Sonia (she is a superstar! 🌟) and the entire team for going above and beyond to make our stay so special and memorable. We can't wait to return!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with elegant interiors and a welcoming atmosphere. My stay was made even better by Aftab Alam, who provided excellent housekeeping service every day. The room was always spotless, fresh, and comfortable after cleaning. His attention to detail and friendly attitude were greatly appreciated. My experience here in Rixos was great. The food and drinks were really good, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. In particular, Mr Hakeem, Ms Arju, Ms Ada, and the barista Mr Putra, were really attentive and extra friendly. They assisted me and my husband during our stay and while dining in the restaurant. As for the hotel, they made our stay a little bit extra special by leaving a message in our room upon our arrival, greeting me and my husband’s anniversary. It was also very nicely presented. The view from our room to the beach is breathtaking and was so nice.

My family and I had an exceptional stay at your hotel. From the very start, Mr. Ezat welcomed us warmly and supported us with a room upgrade to the best sea view—truly amazing. Everyone we met was kind and helpful, from the parking team (Mano and Ouy) to all the supervisors throughout the resort. We are also especially thankful to Prince Hakim for his wonderful character and dedication to making guests happy. On our last day, Ms. Sonia arranged a late check-out for us, and we sincerely appreciate her kindness and care. This allowed us to enjoy the activities for even longer.
