Aziz the manager led his team with quiet strength and genuine care checking on guest personally not out of duty but out of interest. Riha’s warmth stood out from day one her ability to connect with guests is exceptional. Vishal made sure every detail was handled with precision while adarsha manilla yassine brought calm efficiency during peak hours. Deshan and elffiandy turn the bar into a very lively yet elegant space mixing drinks with charisma and confidence. The level of attentiveness made us look forward to every meal. Our stay at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha was absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend it for families. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. One of the highlights of our trip was the Kids Club it was truly amazing. The activities were fun, safe, and thoughtfully organised, and the team there had such a warm and friendly approach. Our kids couldn’t wait to go back each day, which gave us some relaxing time while knowing they were in great hands. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious rooms, great dining options, and plenty of family-oriented facilities. Whether you’re by the pool, enjoying the beach, or exploring the resort, everything is designed to be comfortable and convenient for parents and fun for children. Overall, Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a place that blends luxury with family comfort, this is a perfect choice especially thanks to the outstanding Kids Club. We’ll definitely be returning!

My arrival at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha was truly memorable, largely because of Izzat’s warm welcome and the help of Eric and Suleiman. Izzat greeted me with such kindness at the door, and made me feel like a guest of honor. Eric, the bellman, efficiently transported my luggage, and Suleiman from concierge made sure I understood the layout of the hotel. Eric chatted lightly as he carried my bags and told me about the spa, while Suleiman showed me a map and pointed out the gym and dining areas. Izzat added his own touches, recommending a quiet spot by the pool to relax. I felt very well looked after by all three. Their combined efforts made the transition from arrival to my room smooth and delightful. It was a perfect start to my stay.

Third time here. Great location as only 15 mins from airport and 15 from the cruise terminal. Byron at check-in is so helpful. All the staff are great. Frank at the beach always smiling and busy sorting out everyone’s sun beds. The food at the buffet is good and plentiful but if I had one criticism it would be that the food could be hotter. The air con is sometimes too powerful in the main restaurant and it is a very busy hotel. Overall very much recommend.

Review of Rixos Gulf Hotel I booked a last-minute trip with a friend and decided to stay at the Rixos Gulf. Unfortunately, my initial experience at reception was disappointing, and breakfast on the first morning was quite stressful. The person in charge was shouting loudly when directing customers and his staff , and the team looked visibly distressed. I shared my feedback with him, and he mentioned that he had only recently joined and was trying to improve the breakfast service to achieve a 5-star experience for guests. However, breakfast should be a calm and pleasant environment, even when it’s busy or full of children — this was not the level of service I expected. At around 1.30 in the afternoon I went back to reception to check if our room was ready I noticed the Assistant Front Office Manager Qais Shaheen on how attentively he handled another guest and decided to speak with him directly about my concerns. Qais listened carefully and immediately took action to improve our stay. His professionalism and genuine care turned my experience around. I would also like to mention Shakeel, the pool attendant, who was exceptionally helpful, and Chakra at the pool bar, who provided fantastic service throughout my stay. I’ve traveled to many countries, and I still believe Dubai leads the way in hospitality. At Rixos Gulf, a handful of people truly lived up to that standard — especially the team members I’ve mentioned.
