We had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Hotel Lusail Doha with my wife and our 14-year-old son, and I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. We stayed in a brilliant Junior Suite, which was spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. The hotel has a stunning interior, excellent access to the pools, and some wonderful restaurants, making it a fantastic choice for a family stay. A special mention must go to the gym on the 5th floor — it is, by far, the best hotel gym I have ever seen. It is fully equipped with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, and I used it every day during our stay. A real highlight for anyone who enjoys keeping fit while travelling. I would also like to give a big shout-out to Mohammed, the Deputy Manager, who went above and beyond to resolve a few issues for us during our stay. His professionalism and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. We would also like to thank Ayah, who was incredibly helpful and made a huge difference in assisting us with our room move. Overall, the Fairmont Lusail Doha provided us with a fantastic experience. Beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, comfortable and spacious accommodation, and, most importantly, wonderful staff. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be returning again, Insha-Allah. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Unfortunately, my stay at Fairmont Doha was extremely disappointing and nowhere near the standard I expected from a five-star hotel at this price point. The hotel itself is visually impressive, but luxury should be about more than a beautiful building. The actual service, cleanliness, and attention to guests were far below expectations. Throughout my stay, I was left with the strong impression that some guests received noticeably more attention and better treatment than others, particularly those perceived as wealthy or high-profile. As a paying guest, I did not feel equally valued or cared for, which was one of the most disappointing parts of the experience. The valet service was extremely slow. Getting the car took far too long, and this happened often enough to become genuinely frustrating. Room service was also very slow, and the housekeeping standard was poor for a hotel claiming to be five-star. The room and amenities did not feel properly cleaned or maintained. The refrigerator was not working, and the coffee machine clearly needed both maintenance and proper cleaning. These are not small details when guests are paying premium prices. Basic room equipment should be checked before a guest is given the room, and cleanliness should never be questionable in a hotel of this category. What makes the experience even more disappointing is that I have stayed in lower-rated and much less expensive hotels that provided significantly better service, cleaner rooms, and a more welcoming experience. For me, Fairmont Doha was simply not worth the price and did not deliver a genuine five-star experience. Beautiful property, but very poor execution where it matters most: service, cleanliness, maintenance, and making every guest feel valued.

I had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Doha overall. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with beautiful interiors and luxurious rooms that exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making for a truly relaxing stay. The staff were one of the highlights of my visit. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their hospitality really made the experience feel special. The only disappointment was the breakfast. While the presentation was good, I found the selection to be quite limited, and many items were not replenished promptly. The taste was also underwhelming and didn’t match the high standard set by the rest of the hotel. Given the luxury reputation of Fairmont Doha, I expected a much better breakfast experience. Overall, I would definitely stay here again for the exceptional service, beautiful property, and luxurious rooms. I just hope the breakfast improves to match the quality of everything else.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fairmont Hotel Doha, and overall it was a truly lovely experience. I stayed for one night in room 1812, and I have to say the room was absolutely beautiful very spacious, elegant, and comfortable. It really made my stay feel special and relaxing. The check-in process was a bit delayed due to the large number of guests at the time, but honestly, the team handled it very well. Despite the crowd, they stayed professional, calm, and attentive, which I really appreciated. I was celebrating my birthday during this stay, and the hotel made it even more memorable. Their thoughtful gestures truly made me happy and added a personal touch to the experience. I would especially like to express my respect and gratitude to the guest relations team and the front office. They genuinely care about guests and it shows in the way they treat people. A special thank you to Shuzi and her colleagues they were all so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.

This was my first experience at Fairmont, and honestly, it was an exceptional and truly memorable one. It definitely won’t be my last visit. I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Aya, who was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire experience. She was incredibly professional, kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that we felt truly valued as guests. For my wife’s birthday, Aya personally helped arrange and decorate the room in such a beautiful and elegant way. She paid attention to every little detail and made the setup look absolutely amazing. Her effort, attention to detail, and thoughtful touches made the celebration even more special and created a beautiful memory for both of us. Aya is truly a remarkable asset to Fairmont. Her professionalism, warm personality, and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction are exceptional. She is exactly the kind of person who makes a hotel experience feel personal, luxurious, and unforgettable. A huge thank you to Aya and the entire Fairmont team for making our first stay so special.
