Nice experience for my birthday. Typical spa experience. Worth the money based on views and so forth. Although, I should have stayed longer and enjoyed the facilities based on the cost. It’s certainly on the pricey side. But, it’s something I wanted to do so I’m very glad. My masseuse was exceptional and she did a great job. I think they could do more for special occasions as I went on my birthday but didn’t ‘feel’ extra special or like it was a different day. Pretty basic, what you pay is what you get. Overall, Fairmont is a staple so happy for the experience but do be mindful of cost before attending.

Housekeeping is consistent and efficient, maintaining excellent standards daily. Service is one of the hotel’s strongest features. Staff are professional, courteous, and attentive without being intrusive. Requests are handled promptly, and there is a clear focus on guest comfort and satisfaction. From check-in to check-out, the service feels polished and well organized. The hotel also offers a strong selection of dining options, ranging from casual to fine dining, all executed to a high standard. Facilities are well maintained and suitable for both leisure and business travelers. Overall, Fairmont Doha delivers a high-end stay defined by comfort, service quality, and thoughtful design. It is well suited for couples, families, and business guests and is a reliable choice for luxury accommodation in Doha.

Fairmont Doha delivers a strong sense of modern luxury from the moment you arrive. The design is bold yet refined, with expansive spaces, high-end finishes, and an atmosphere that feels confidently premium. Everything—from the rooms to the common areas—reflects comfort, attention to detail, and understated elegance. The gym stands out as one of the hotel’s highlights. It’s spacious, exceptionally well equipped, and designed for serious training, not just casual workouts. High-quality machines, free weights, and a clean, motivating environment make it ideal for maintaining a proper fitness routine while travelling, something many luxury hotels overlook.

We had a wonderful stay at Fermont Doha with my family. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful lobby it’s elegant, welcoming, and sets a great first impression. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was comfortable and relaxing, making it a perfect place for a family stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which really made us feel at home. Especially i want to tell thanks to Shuruq and Nada Everything was well organized and thoughtfully arranged, and overall the experience felt smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would happily recommend Fermont Doha to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay.

Stunning Hotel with Areas for Improvement The hotel is undeniably impressive in its design and overall presentation; however, there are several aspects where improvements could be made. While the welcome was warm, the reception area felt somewhat discreet and lacked prominence, which resulted in a slightly disorganised first impression. We were escorted to our room by Solomon, who was personable and courteous. However, the experience felt overly structured, resembling a show-home presentation, with an emphasis on features that felt unnecessary after a long journey. The room itself was spacious and elegantly appointed, with many thoughtful details. Nevertheless, the lighting and blind systems were not particularly intuitive and proved difficult to operate. The bathroom was beautifully designed and well equipped, although the automatic toilet appeared to function unpredictably. The absence of a minibar was notable and seemed unexpected for a hotel of five-star standard. Breakfast was exceptional, offering an extensive selection that was consistently replenished. Metah, our waitress, provided outstanding service and is a true asset to the hotel, standing out for her professionalism and attentiveness. However we didn’t appreciate the daily interrogation and questioning from the breakfast receptionist about whether we’d paid for breakfast or not. It was insulting and offensive. The pool and gym facilities were of an excellent standard, and the poolside staff were highly attentive, ensuring a consistently comfortable experience.
