I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure guests felt cared for. And Lila, the breakfast server She was warm, attentive, and incredibly kind. Lila consistently checked in to make sure everything was perfect, kept the area spotless, and greeted everyone with a genuine smile. Her service made breakfast feel extra enjoyable, and she is a wonderful example of hospitality done right.

Everyone at The Hilton Doha is ready to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. I don’t say this lightly or about every hotel I stay at, please feel free to check out other reviews I’ve made. I began my stay with much confusion after I somehow booked the wrong hotel!! I was mostly upset at myself, but I made my frustration and deep apologies known and the hotel management quickly responded and assisted in a compromise to make my stay more comfortable. I am so happy we worked out my stay. I got to know so many people at the hotel. I hope if you are reading this, you will also take the time to get to know some of the hotel staff. Riyas at valet, Ashley at concierge, Zineb, Aaron, and Lelita at breakfast. Stop by the restaurant for dinner and you will be greeted with a friendly smile from Aldren, Putri, Erastus, Maria, Anjana and J (from Uzbekistan). The service was consistently wonderful and everyone cares if you have a good day and help to make it a good day. Take the time to say hello to these fine men and women!! I am so happy to have met them ❤️❤️

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Hilton Doha! The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained—huge thanks to housekeeper Sel for the attention to detail and care. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and supportive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. I’d especially like to thank Jenny at the reception for her warm welcome and helpfulness throughout my visit. Dining at the Mawasem restaurant was a highlight—delicious food with a diverse menu that catered to every taste. Special thanks to Zineb for her exceptional service and genuine care; she made every meal feel like a special occasion! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Doha. Can’t wait to return!

I had an absolutely delightful lunch at Mawasem Restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the warm ambiance and attentive staff made me feel welcome especially Zineb. It was an absolute delight to have lunch with friends and family. The menu offered a fantastic variety of dishes, and everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Everyone was smiling and really friendly. We had the best dessert and birthday cake given to us too. Thank you to chef Julius who made us a very good crème brûlée and chocolate cake. What truly sets Mawasem apart is the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality. Whether you're looking for a relaxing lunch or a place to impress guests, Mawasem delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended!
