Amazing stay at Al Messila Resort & Spa Doha! The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The staff were welcoming and professional throughout my stay. A special thank you to Habib, the room attendant, for his outstanding service. He kept my room perfectly clean every day and always greeted me with a smile. What impressed me most was his thoughtfulness—he noticed that I was working on my laptop and kindly left a mouse pad in my room without me even asking. Small gestures like this show genuine care for guests. Highly recommended.

Honestly, Al Messila Luxury Collection Resort in Qatar is one of the worst resorts I have ever visited. The lack of professionalism from both the staff and management was extremely disappointing. There was no commitment to the promised check-in time for either the room or the villa, and the overall guest experience fell far below what anyone would expect from a luxury resort. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of consideration for guests arriving by road. Traveling long distances with a family and children is exhausting, and despite arriving early in the morning and politely requesting an early check-in, we were met with poor service, little hospitality, and an unhelpful attitude. For a property that markets itself as a luxury destination, the service was unacceptable and the guest care was among the worst I have experienced. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this resort to anyone. These are some of the key observations that clearly demonstrate the poor level of service provided by the resort and the lack of professionalism in dealing with guests. Please refer to the attached photos, which show the condition of the private pool and the outdoor seating area surrounding it. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards and directly contradicts the explanations given by the reception staff. One of the main reasons given for the delay in handing over the villa was that additional time was needed to thoroughly clean the property and completely replace the pool water. However, upon entering the villa, it was immediately obvious that the pool was still dirty and far from being in the condition that had been promised. The attached photos speak for themselves and clearly support what I am describing. Unfortunately, this experience only reinforced my impression that guest satisfaction and attention to detail are not priorities at this resort.

Absolutely amazing! The staff are incredibly welcoming-we were greeted by Khawla at reception who was fantastic! She made sure to get us the best room and she put a special request for our anniversary.She showed extreme kindness,caring and professionalism. At the dining hall,Mary was amazing,she was helping my little daughters at all times and gave them great experience We were also assisted throughout by Kennedy at the poolside who was extremely helpful. And many many others who all showed superb service! The room was beautiful with a lovely big balcony. The breakfast and brunch buffets were delicious with variety of choices. I 100% recommend!

A unique resort with exceptional experience. The services are provided with best class and based on customer focused approach. Facilities are new and luxurious. I enjoyed the best in the villa. The kids zone is huge with professional and nice staff. The receptionists are also professional, especially Khawlah. I experienced this resort twice and I believe it will be my favorite stay in Qatar.

I’ve been to many places before, but the level of professionalism, skill, and care she provides is truly unmatched. Every session with her is consistently amazing.
