We had a wonderful stay at Al Messila and such a special experience celebrating my birthday there. From the moment we started communicating with the hotel, the service was warm, attentive and genuinely thoughtful. A special thank you to Myat, who took such great care of us even before our arrival, patiently answering our questions, noting our preferences and making us feel truly welcome. That level of attention made a real difference. During our stay, the entire team continued to be incredibly kind and professional. We felt very well looked after, and the little touches made my birthday celebration even more memorable. The Al Messila Spa was definitely one of the highlights. Some of the most extensive spa and wellness facilities in the Middle East, it is impressive. The facilities are beautiful, peaceful and extremely well maintained. We especially loved having the time to enjoy the wellness areas and truly relax it feels like a destination within the resort itself. We also really enjoyed the resort atmosphere, the pools, breakfast and the overall feeling of being in an oasis in the middle of Doha. A big thank you again to Myat and the entire Al Messila team for the wonderful hospitality and for helping make my birthday so special. We left with very happy memories and would definitely love to return. ❤️

I had a wonderful stay at Al Messila Hotel, and I would like to especially thank Myat and Rue from reception, and Mary from deli kitchen, Faisal, Suda and Kennedy from pool, for their outstanding hospitality. They were always warm, friendly, and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to excellent service truly made a difference and contributed greatly to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and their positive attitude made every interaction a pleasure. Amazing stay at Al Messila Resort & Spa Doha! The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The staff were welcoming and professional throughout my stay. A special thank you to Habib, the room attendant, for his outstanding service. He kept my room perfectly clean every day and always greeted me with a smile. What impressed me most was his thoughtfulness—he noticed that I was working on my laptop and kindly left a mouse pad in my room without me even asking. Small gestures like this show genuine care for guests. Highly recommended.

The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and the room was exceptionally clean as well. However, the reason I am giving this hotel only two stars is because of my experience with the receptionist lady , which was extremely disappointing. She was rude and spoke to us in an unprofessional and unfriendly manner, making us feel as though we were not welcome at the hotel. Her attitude was so unpleasant that I seriously considered arguing with her and canceling my reservation. The only reason I chose not to was because I had an event to attend in one of the hotel's halls, and I didn't want to ruin my day. A hotel can have beautiful rooms and excellent facilities, but the first impression always comes from the front desk. I sincerely hope the management provides better customer service training, because no guest should be treated this way.

I’ve been to many places before, but the level of professionalism, skill, and care she provides is truly unmatched. Every session with her is consistently amazing.
