Dear Hyatt Regency Doha Team, First, I would like to sincerely thank Hyatt Regency Doha for the warm and welcoming hospitality. The service team was outstanding, and the hotel rooms were absolutely fantastic. During our stay, we took a taxi to the Souk and were busy window shopping when my husband suddenly realized he had lost his mobile phone. We were unsure where it had been left and were unable to trace it. Feeling worried, we returned to the hotel and informed the reservation counter. The lovely Ms. Imam handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and kindness. She acted immediately without any delay and suspected that the phone might have been left in the taxi. Within just 20 minutes, we received a call informing us that my husband’s phone had indeed been found in the taxi, and the driver was already on his way to return it to the hotel. We were extremely relieved and happy with the prompt response and support. We truly appreciate Ms. Imam’s efficient assistance and would also like to thank the taxi driver for his honesty and kind gesture. An Exceptional Experience at Hyatt Regency Hotel Doha My recent visit to the Hyatt Regency Hotel Doha was truly unforgettable. The moment I walked in, I felt the perfect blend of sophistication and warmth the kind of atmosphere that immediately tells you you’re in the right place. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and every interaction throughout my stay reflected genuine care and professionalism. One of the highlights was the stunning restaurant on the ground floor, which quickly became my favorite spot. The ambiance is beautiful, elegant, and comfortable all at once. Their yummy Lebanese dishes were absolutely delightful fresh, flavorful, and authentic. I was also pleasantly surprised by their selection of beers, which paired perfectly with the food. Whether you’re stopping by for a casual bite or a more indulgent meal, this restaurant is an experience in itself. The hotel as a whole is something special. There’s a feeling you get here a sense of comfort, luxury, and thoughtful hospitality that makes you look forward to the next time you’ll have the pleasure of being back. It’s the kind of place where you can easily imagine creating more memorable moments, whether for a relaxing getaway or a special occasion. I booked this hotel last minute after having a flight change and needing to find a place to stay for 24 hours in Doha. I have to say I was very impressed with the service I received at the Hyatt Regency Oryx. They were more than accomodating and even offered me a late checkout the next day so I could relax more before my flight. The food selection was amazing and the location was perfect to get to the airport quickly. Front desk staff were amazing!!

We just checked out and LOVED this hotel. It was in a fantastic location, has a free shuttle and the staff are all WONDERFUL! When we asked to stay an extra day it was not a problem at all and we did not need to change rooms. The coffee machine had a slight leak, it was fixed quickly by housekeeping staff who left a lovely note for us. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. We had the breakfast, so much selection! And if you are health conscious… try the peanut butter energy bar. It was so nice. Fresh carrot juice too, it was so delicious. We swam in the pool, they have lifeguards. There is a spa, steam room and sauna (seperate for male and female). The gym was incredible!! We cannot fault this amazing hotel. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.
