My stay at Hyatt Oryx Doha was excellent from start to finish. The arrival experience was outstanding. The bellboys were very attentive and welcoming, and the security staff clearly explained the screening process and guided me through the check-in procedure. The receptionist was extremely professional and courteous, and she kindly checked for room upgrades based on availability, which was greatly appreciated. I also enjoyed a delicious hamburger at the restaurant. The quality was excellent, and the price was very fair for what was offered. The room itself was first-class. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with soft and high-quality linens that made for a very relaxing night’s sleep. The room was also very well soundproofed, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service, comfort, and value. Without a doubt, I would rate Hyatt Oryx Doha 5 out of 5 stars and would gladly stay here again.

Had an excellent breakfast experience at The Cellar. The buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, with plenty of live counter selections that made the experience even more special. From freshly prepared eggs, waffle's and pancakes to other made-to-order dishes, everything was served hot and tasted amazing. The overall setup was well organized, inviting, and perfect for a relaxed breakfast. A special mention to Mehar for the outstanding hospitality and service. He was extremely cordial, polite, attentive, and always greeted guests with a smile. His professionalism and warm attitude truly stood out and added a personal touch to the dining experience. One of the best service experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality breakfast buffet in Doha.

We hosted an international seminar at this hotel and accommodated about 65 guests for four nights, and the experience was excellent. The event organization, ballroom setup, catering, and staff support were all very professional. Our guests also enjoyed their stay and appreciated the service and hospitality. Special thanks to Suleiman, Aline, and Romaisa for their outstanding support and cooperation throughout the preparation and execution of the event. Highly recommended for conferences and large business groups visiting Doha.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, and every interaction throughout my stay reflected genuine care and professionalism. One of the highlights was the stunning restaurant on the ground floor, which quickly became my favorite spot. The ambiance is beautiful, elegant, and comfortable all at once. Their yummy Lebanese dishes were absolutely delightful fresh, flavorful, and authentic. I was also pleasantly surprised by their selection of beers, which paired perfectly with the food. Whether you’re stopping by for a casual bite or a more indulgent meal, this restaurant is an experience in itself. The hotel as a whole is something special. There’s a feeling you get here a sense of comfort, luxury, and thoughtful hospitality that makes you look forward to the next time you’ll have the pleasure of being back. It’s the kind of place where you can easily imagine creating more memorable moments, whether for a relaxing getaway or a special occasion. The service from all the staff was impeccable. Every single member of staff was so attentive and friendly. Especially Jack, Habib and Mahdi. They really are an asset to this hotel. We stayed here for 7 nights and had the most amazing time. The rooms are spacious and modern. Great rooftop pool.
