I recently had the opportunity to meet with the manager Dr at Rixos to discuss some concerns I had regarding my stay. I was very impressed by how seriously they took my feedback; they truly listen to their guests and take immediate action to attend to your needs, which is the most important thing to me. As a resolution, the manager provided an upgraded room with a much better view. While it wasn't a free upgrade, he offered a very fair discount that felt like a perfect compromise. It showed they value guest satisfaction and want to make things right. Beyond the great management, the entertainment here is amazing! It really adds a vibrant energy to the stay. I’m leaving much happier knowing that the team here genuinely cares.

The experience was disappointing. Me and my wife have been to this hotel for many years now. We came on birthdays, baby moons, anniversarys and with family visiting from abroad. This experience had so many restrictions, such as not being able to book at the restaurants on our first night. That is one of the highlights for dinner as a family and not a buffet with some drunk guests hanging on my pregnant wife. The price is not cheaper for a first night and therefore the service should be consistent across the stay. With restrictions on the restaurants the burger restaurant should be open all day as it was before. This is a better option instead of the buffet for many guests. Some of the waiters couldn't speak English and could not service us as guests. Service as a whole has gone down from previous experiences and this was a part of the experience which brought us back. There were some positives, the rooms were a lot nicer and the staff in the reception were friendly. Mohan from the main restaurant was outstanding with attention to detail (eg. Offering decaf coffee to my pregnant wife, clearing the dirty tables for guests to be seated,etc.). I hope you would work on improving these points, as it is not a cheap experience, otherwise you would've lost a loyal customer.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The all-inclusive experience was outstanding, great food options, smooth service, and a very relaxed atmosphere throughout the resort. Even with a newborn, everything felt comfortable and convenient. Our room was clean, spacious, and perfect for a short family getaway. Special mention to the team for being so attentive and accommodating to our little one, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a stress-free, all-inclusive getaway in the UAE. We’ll definitely be returning!

The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers excellent facilities, but what made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service from Mr. Mahmoud Shahin. His warm welcome, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel like VIP guests. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and his hospitality set the tone for a fantastic experience. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, the dining options were delicious with great variety, and the beach and pools were immaculate. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, but Mr. Mahmoud truly stood out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay.
