The animation team was one of the highlights of our stay! They were incredibly friendly, energetic, and always made everyone feel welcome without being pushy. There were fun activities throughout the day and entertaining evening shows that created a great atmosphere for guests of all ages. A big thank you to the team for their enthusiasm, professionalism, and for making our holiday even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5) — Incredible reef, food, and shows, but keep an eye on logistics! PROS: Coral Reef: Unbelievable marine life! A paradise for snorkeling. Attentive lifeguards on duty. Food & Service: Delicious and varied buffet (loved the soups and theme nights). Special thanks to Ahmed the waiter for his incredible hospitality and warmth! He deserves a promotion! Entertainment (10/10): High-quality evening shows at Garden Bar, stunning acrobatics, and a fantastic live orchestra near the main bar (every day except Thursday). Check-in & Room: Clean Superior Pool View room with bathrobes. A huge plus: they allowed us to eat breakfast right after our morning arrival before check-in. CONS & WARNINGS: ⚠️ On-Site Clinic Warning: The hotel clinic refused standard travel insurance and asked for $100 cash for 2 stitches after a cut from a surgeonfish. Call your insurance directly instead — they sent us to a professional hospital with full care for just our $30 deductible. Luggage Service: At check-out, staff left our bags (with chocolate gifts) under the hot sun for 30 minutes until we firmly insisted on moving them to the cool luggage room. Minor Details: Beach shuttle runs too infrequently, and beach umbrellas need updating. Verdict: Highly recommended for the reef, food, and entertainment, but be proactive with your insurance and luggage!

We chose this hotel for a 3-night stay because of its positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience didn't live up to our expectations, especially compared to the other hotels we stayed at during our vacation in Sharm. The hotel itself is beautiful, with lush green gardens and a lovely beach that is perfect for snorkelling. These were definitely the highlights of our stay. However, most of the staff seemed unfriendly and gave the impression that they didn't enjoy their work, which made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. The food tasted good, but the buffet was very repetitive. The same types of dishes were served every day, so there wasn't much variety over the course of our stay. Overall, while the location and beach are excellent, the service and lack of food variety made our experience disappointing.

Hello everyone, first of all, the reason we came to this hotel was for our honeymoon. We arrived on October 6th and stayed for about 7 days. Our room number was 3133. Since it was the first time abroad for both my husband and me, we were a bit worried because of the location, but everything couldn’t have gone better. All the staff were very sweet, especially the housekeepers Ibrahim and his manager. We are very thankful to them — they constantly checked if everything was okay and they are definitely very good at their jobs. They also helped us a lot with getting to know and exploring Egypt. The hotel offers dishes from every cuisine. It’s definitely a place I would recommend especially for Turkish people. I can assure you that you won’t have any doubts about the food. Normally I sometimes eat only one meal a day, but here we ate three full meals every day because the food was so delicious. We also had the chance to meet Chef Mehmet, who is the manager of the hotel. He is very professional and always makes sure everything is going well. I believe he is the one who ensures the kitchen suits our Turkish taste. The hotel room and the hotel itself were always clean, the gardens were beautiful and regularly maintained. The pool is not disturbing at all like some other pools can be. The sea is very salty, but the fish are amazing to watch. You can buy a snorkel and watch the Red Sea fish
