We were fortunate to spend 7 wonderful nights in a Private Pool Villa. What truly sets this resort apart is its exceptional staff. Every interaction was warm, genuine and professional and the level of hospitality made our stay unforgettable. Special thanks to Wawa, Am Okay, Pop, and the lovely young receptionist at the onsite spa — each of them is a real asset to the resort and played a big part in making our holiday so memorable. The resort itself is modern, beautifully positioned on the beachfront, and within easy walking distance of plenty of shops and restaurants. We also thoroughly enjoyed dining at Sassi’s Restaurant onsite, which was excellent throughout our stay.

We had an amazing time staying at Ramada, Khao Lak and were so surprised by Khao Lak itself! This is definitely an area that we recommend visiting, especially for a relaxing getaway with a lot of things to do close by like surfing at Memories Beach, Bamboo Rafting and The National Park. A huge thank you to all of the amazing staff who never failed to bring a smile to our faces, to the chefs who kept our bellies happy with every bite and a special thank you to our new friend Khun Axe. We spoke with him daily and he was always there to help with everything that we needed and we truly consider him a friend now. When you visit send our love to everyone and we hope that we can return soon.

Fantastic in every way. Excellent location, close to bars, restaurants and markets. The staff were wonderful. Room was ideal, loved the pool bar and beachfront cocktails. Can’t wait to come back.

First time visiting Thailand and we stayed here during the first week of our trip on October 2025. Everything was perfect, from the spacious room, location, variety of food and, most importantly, the happy hour drinks! Staff were also very friendly, accomodating and hospitable. The all-inclusive package was more than enough; going outside the resort was really just an option rather than a necessity. The hotel has a gym, spa and daily activities that keep you busy every day. On some nights, they host buffet dinners with live performances such as fire shows and traditional cultural dances. We opted in for one of their romantic dinner packages and it was a night to remember, they did such a great job with the set up. The resort is within walking distance (or you can use the bikes they provide) to Bang Niang Market for souvenir shopping. They definitely set the bar high, as no other cities in Thailand we visited in the next few weeks matched the level of hospitality we experienced here. Can’t wait to bring my parents next time! We did not enjoy our stay at Ramada. Didn't feel child friendly, felt like a grumpy retirement village. Price point not on par for the quality. We were told our inclusions were not valid first night & were only honoured when we pressed further. Pool bar lacked any vibe, music was terrible or MIA. Package included 1 hour of free flow drinks however you felt like an inconvenient free loader. They hold your beer bucket behind the bar & make you drink from plastic cups, you are not allowed to drink from the beer bottle and you need to go back to the bar when you want your next one! Frustrating pool towel system - suppose to replenish them in your room however they dont/dont leave enough and when you ask reception, they tell you to wait in your room - but then they dont arrive! Kids menu is very western based & when we asked to get a kids pad thai we were told no. 5 German channels and no kids channels on the TV. Food overall was terrible/bland, ended up ordering a pad thai and it was inedible, worst I have ever had. Breakfast buffet was where the better food was served. Staff aren't very friendly but based on the majority of clientele, I dont blame them. Management seem to spend more time responding to reviews rather than ensuring guest experiences in real time.
