Review Raffles The Palm Dubai We had a wonderful stay at Raffles The Palm. The location is fantastic, the rooms are absolutely breathtaking, and the views are simply spectacular. The hotel itself is beautiful, with gold accents throughout and a luxurious atmosphere, making it a truly memorable place to stay. However, we felt that the hospitality could sometimes be a bit more 5 stars/ personal and warm. While the staff were friendly, the service did not always feel as attentive as we would expect from a hotel of this caliber. In the restaurants, there were several occasions when it took quite a long time before we could order drinks. Although we stayed in a large suite, we did not receive the complimentary Raffles summer hat, nor was it available for purchase. It is a small detail, but these little touches are what make a luxury stay feel truly special. Having also stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai, where the level of hospitality and personal attention is exceptional, we noticed a clear difference. Raffles offers stunning surroundings and outstanding accommodations, but there is still room to elevate the guest experience through more proactive and personalized service. Overall, a beautiful hotel with amazing rooms and spectacular views, but with some room for improvement in the classic five-star service experience.

Exceptional stay from check-in to checkout. Azaat (not 100% on the spelling)from Kazakhstan at reception was amazing — she noticed from my sons ID at check-in that it was his birthday. By the time we reached our room, there was a little surprise waiting for our birthday boy: a cake and balloons. Truly going above and beyond, and that kind of attention to detail is what makes a stay genuinely memorable. Thank you, Smith, for the cake and balloons! The bellmen, Peter and Daniel, were also exceptional. The rooms are beautifully furnished and wonderfully comfy. Breakfast was something to really look forward to — everything was delicious, and the avocado toast with endless guacamole was the icing on top. A truly exceptional property, made even better by its delightful staff. We'll definitely be back.

Amazing week at Raffles hotel. The staff were all excellent. We shared a palm room which was of adequate size for us and our two young children (8 and 10). Pool and beach were fantastic. The dining options were all great and breakfast superb. We had a great time and would recommend staying at this hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful staycation at Raffles The Palm Dubai Hotel, and it exceeded all our expectations from start to finish. We booked a Ground Floor Garden View room, and everything about our stay was simply amazing. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. A special thank you to Alim at the front desk, who made our check-in experience seamless and welcoming. Due to a slight delay in receiving our room, he kindly extended our check-out time until 6 PM, which was a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. One of the highlights of our stay was the Club Lounge access. We enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea, and Scarlet was friendly, attentive, and professional. Breakfast in the Club Lounge was also excellent, with a great selection and a relaxing atmosphere. The 25% discount on food and beverages offered throughout the hotel during our staycation was a wonderful bonus. The pool area was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for families. We enjoyed delicious food by the pool, including the nachos, club sandwich, and pizza also the virgin mojitos — everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. The entire hotel feels like a fairytale palace. The elegant surroundings, stunning design, and warm atmosphere made our stay truly special. I would also like to thank Farhan from the maintenance team, who quickly assisted us when we experienced a small issue with the fridge. His professionalism and prompt help were greatly appreciated. What truly impressed me the most was the honesty and integrity of the team. After checking out, I realized that I had accidentally left behind a very valuable watch that is extremely precious to me. I immediately called the hotel, and Bilal, the Security Manager, personally went to our room to check for it. Shortly afterward, I received a call informing me that my watch had been found. I cannot express how grateful I am to Bilal and the entire security team and Catherine from CCTV operator. Their honesty, professionalism, and dedication gave me tremendous peace of mind. In today's world, finding such trustworthy and caring staff is truly priceless. Thank you for going above and beyond to reunite me with something so valuable and meaningful. Thank you to the entire team for making our family staycation so memorable. The check-in experience was a very positive start—the gentleman at reception was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. During our stay, however, we felt that some aspects of the service, particularly around the pool and beach areas, did not quite meet the level we would normally associate with Raffles. The pool was very busy, and when we asked for help finding sunbeds, we were asked to look ourselves. While we completely understand that this can be challenging during peak times, a bit more assistance—whether in locating available beds or helping with towels—would have made a noticeable difference to the overall experience. We were also surprised and somewhat disappointed to find that there were no à la carte restaurant options available. The only choices offered were the buffet restaurant downstairs or the club lounge upstairs. Having visited the lounge earlier, we found it somewhat underwhelming—more of a canteen-like atmosphere than a premium experience, with a lot of noise from children and details such as creased, unironed table mats, which detracted from the overall impression. We would also like to mention the breakfast experience, which unfortunately did not meet expectations. The pastries did not seem fresh, my husband’s omelette was quite dry and lacked seasoning, and my fried eggs were not prepared in the way one would expect—they lacked any crispness and the whites had a soft, almost poached texture, which made them very bland. On a more positive note, the salads at the pool bar were very good. However, we did notice some inconsistency in quality overall—for example, my son’s pizza was excellent on the first day but quite disappointing on the second. Overall, it felt as though the hotel may have been operating at a high occupancy level, which may have impacted the level of service and attention to detail in certain areas. That said, there were also positives—the room and beds were excellent, very comfortable and well-appointed, and the initial welcome set a lovely tone.
