Half Board Dine Around has a credit value of AED 220 per adult (aged 12 years and older) per day and AED 110 per child (aged 6 to 11 years old) per day; which will be deducted from the food expenses part of the total bill of lunch and dinner. Guests will be charged any additional bill amount above this credit limit.

Terms and Conditions

  • Half Board Dine Around has a credit value of AED 295 per adult (aged 12 years and older) per day and AED 147.50 per child (aged 6 to 11 years old) per day; which will be deducted from the food expenses part of the total bill of lunch and dinner.
  • Guests will be charged any additional bill amount above this credit limit.
  • This credit is applicable either for lunch or dinner each day.
  • This credit can be used for food only; beverages will be paid separately.
  • Advanced reservation is required for Piatti by the Beach and Sola Jazz Lounge; and bookings are subject to availability.
  • This credit doesn’t have any cash value, and the daily credit cannot be accumulated and transferred to another day or a future stay.
  • Dining venue options are subject to change, and the venues may be closed during certain times.
  • Guests will not be refunded for any unconsumed meals or any differences in price.
  • Half-Board Package is unavailable during the festive events (e.g. Christmas Brunch, New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner, Easter Brunch, Saturday Brunch, etc.).

The name of the hotel truly reflects the experience it delivers. The design is elegant and refined, with high end rooms and beautifully curated restaurants that set the tone for a luxurious stay. The staff are exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and polite, making you feel genuinely well taken care of from arrival to departure. There is truly nothing to complain about and the view is simply breathtaking. From the hotel, you enjoy a full panoramic view of Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, Royal Atlantis, the entire Palm Jumeirah, and Bluewaters Island. Dubai quite literally unfolds in front of your eyes. An outstanding choice for both couples and families seeking comfort, luxury, and unforgettable views.

I had a wonderful stay at Raffles The Palm Dubai. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect, offering beautiful surroundings and easy access to everything. The interior is truly luxurious, and the rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and always ready to help with any request. From the moment we arrived at Raffles Palm Hotel, we were enveloped in luxury and warmth. Overlooking the stunning beach, our spacious 70-square-meter room felt more like a chic apartment than a hotel room, offering breathtaking views of the iconic Atlantis and Royal Atlantis Hotel, along with the majestic Burj Khalifa. A heartfelt thank you to Chayan for the impeccable butler service and to Husna at the club room reception, who welcomed us with genuine hospitality that set a wonderful tone for our stay. Business needs? No problem! I had to print and send a few documents via DHL to the UK, and the business services team made the process feel like a breeze. Ezekiel at the concierge was a gem, ensuring our departure was seamless, and the gentlemen at the front door were always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights of our stay was when I accidentally left my favorite earphones on the beach. The security team went above and beyond to help me recover them the very next morning—such thoughtful service! And let’s talk about in-room dining, it was truly second to none. Our terrace was beautifully laid out with flowers, complimentary wine, and cake, creating an unforgettable dining experience. To top it all off, as we celebrated our anniversary, we were greeted with a bed adorned in rose petals, with a sweet message wishing us a HAPPY ANNIVERSARY. On another occasion during our 11-night stay, the hotel surprised us with cake, wine, and balloons to celebrate our anniversary again, making us feel incredibly special. A heartfelt thank you to Chayan, Husna, Ezekiel, and all the wonderful team members who made this memorable experience possible. We can't wait to return! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Breakfast had plenty of options and everything was fresh. And many thanks to Momo raffles club lounge she is so kind. And Slav,bibita,scarlet, husna,Shriya, Jade. They all are amazing.

We have stayed at Raffles Singapore and loved it, but Raffles The Palm Dubai exceeded all expectations. We normally stay at Atlantis and visit twice a year, but this time we decided to try something different and instantly fell in love with Raffles the Palm. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff and their incredible attention to detail. From having towels unfolded and sunbeds prepared the moment you arrive at the beach, to the thoughtful welcome of water, dates in the main hall, every detail felt considered and special. These small touches, along with the subtle introduction of Arabic culture, made the entire stay feel truly unique. The overall experience was outstanding and memorable. We cannot fault a single thing and will be more than happy to return next year!
