We had a fantastic stay at the Raffles Hotel. The hotel is next level, extremely clean, with the facilities and services being outstanding. The food is spectacular, especially the morning breakfast buffet. We highly recommend the club level on level 10 if you can. We would like to make a special mention to Abdul and Pushkar bellboy and Naveed from housekeeping, who made the stay easygoing and stress free. Their help and amazing levels of service both during our stay, and the booking process, made the trip a memorable one. Definitely staying here next time we come back to dubai.

We book this hotel to celebrate my birthday and we receive a small cake and note from Butler services which I really appreciate, We stayed for 3 days and It was a comfortable stay. I have booked this hotel through all Accor app and used part payment by card and part rewards points. Normally I get room upgrades when paid fully, for all my stay but for this stay I haven’t received any upgrade nor welcome letter or kit (sweets or some snacks) from Accor which is a surprise for me, felt disappointed with the service when used my rewards points. Services from hotel is not same when using points, Reward programs is curated to give that extra benefit to loyal customers, what if you don’t get same service when using reward point. The whole excitement of saving points makes no sense. The rooms are spacious and entire stay was comfortable. I had issue using hair dryer inside bathroom as the pin didn’t match with hair dryer plug. Highlights was breakfast, We really enjoyed breakfast spread and service from AnandU and Deeksha, they both took really good care at breakfast. Breakfast was same for all 3 days.

Beautiful hotel with a delightful team of staff who looked after us perfectly for the week. Facilities like the pool area and sauna/ steam room are impeccable, clean and well serviced. The breakfast every morning was superb with a mammoth selection to choose from, happy staff who made us feel welcome every morning. We had a club room which gave us lounge access, well worth doing as the food and staff were at the same level as the rest of the hotel, lovely afternoon tea and nibbles in the evening were a real treat. Location is 5 mins to the metro or taxis outside the hotel to take you to other areas of the city.

Our stay at Raffles Dubai was truly exceptional. The hotel is luxurious and beautifully maintained, with outstanding facilities throughout. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and filled with natural light, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The wellness and sports facilities were excellent, and the hotel’s location provided very easy and convenient access to different parts of the city. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding and truly different from what I have experienced in other hotels before. Most importantly, staying at Raffles Dubai allowed my family and me to enjoy a memorable and unforgettable trip. We sincerely appreciate the high level of service and hospitality.
