I had an amazing stay at Raffles Dubai! I celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday there, and the team made it truly unforgettable. They went above and beyond to make the celebration so special with their kindness and attention to every detail. The staff were absolutely wonderful—everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. The service was exceptional from check-in until check-out, and I genuinely felt so well taken care of. Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday so memorable. I highly recommend Raffles Dubai and can’t wait to come back!

Lovely day at Raffles Dubai using Privilee for access to the main pool and spa area. The pool is huge, with plenty of space for both adults and children, lots of loungers and shaded areas, plus a swim-up bar. Raffles itself is such a beautiful Dubai institution and still feels very special. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive throughout, especially Divyesh, Mohit and Chef Ashish. A particularly nice touch was being given a complimentary mocktail at sunset. A very relaxing way to spend the day in Oud Metha and somewhere we would happily return to.

Staying at Raffles Dubai was easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, everything felt refined, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are incredibly spacious with a unique style that blends luxury and warmth, making it feel more like a private retreat than a typical hotel. What really makes this hotel stand out is its location. It’s directly connected to Wafi Mall, which is perfect for shopping and dining without even needing transportation. You’re also just a short drive from iconic spots like Dubai Mall and the breathtaking Burj Khalifa, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The service is exceptional—staff are attentive, welcoming, and always go the extra mile to ensure your stay is perfect. I would like to give a special mention to Pya at the front desk, who was very supportive and made the experience even more pleasant with her professionalism and kindness. The facilities, from the pool to the spa, are top-tier and add to the overall relaxing experience. One thing I really appreciated was the breakfast concept. They’ve changed the way it’s served in a smart and thoughtful way—cold items are available at the buffet for you to pick freely, while hot dishes are freshly prepared and ordered from the menu. This not only ensures better quality and freshness, but also helps reduce food waste, which is a great initiative to see. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay in Dubai with a great location, excellent service, and a more conscious dining approach, Raffles Dubai is definitely a place I would highly recommend.

An Exceptional Stay — Outstanding Hospitality from Isabela and Her Team. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and level of service were truly exceptional. Isabela and her team went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Isabela, in particular, was incredibly attentive, supportive, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. Her professionalism and warm approach made such a difference and created a wonderful feeling of being at home rather than simply staying at a hotel. In fact, I enjoyed my experience so much that I extended my stay multiple times! The entire team was consistently polite, professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made it very difficult to want to check out. The location is equally impressive and gives the property a unique character. It does not feel like just another luxury hotel that could be anywhere in the world. The connection to Wafi Mall is also a fantastic advantage, offering excellent convenience and making it possible to enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment without even needing to leave the property. What truly makes this hotel special, however, is its people. Beautiful hotels can be found in many places, but exceptional hospitality and a team that makes you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for are much harder to find. A very special thank you to Isabela and her entire team for making my stay so memorable. Their dedication, warmth, and outstanding service are the reason I continued extending my stay and would happily return again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, convenience, and, most importantly, truly exceptional hospitality.

Lovely experience as a privlee guest. The pool area is lovely, clean, chilled, great pool and great food. The sunbeds and towels provided are very comfy and lovely. The service was very good and attentive from very kind and friendly staff. Thank you Divyesh, Mobil and Suku!!
