We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Hotel Downtown Dubai with our family. The hotel is perfectly located, very clean, and extremely comfortable for both adults and kids. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered beautiful views. A special thanks to Mr. Shone and Mr. Ali — they were exceptionally helpful, polite, and attentive throughout our stay. Their support truly made our experience smooth and memorable. The staff hospitality, quick service, and overall ambience made us feel genuinely welcomed. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and premium stay in downtown Dubai. We would definitely love to come back!

We have been staying at Pullman Dubai Downtown for three years now, usually traveling as a family of two adults and one child under 10, and each time the experience has been exceptional. This year marked our third consecutive New Year’s Eve spent on the Lolita terrace, and once again it was absolutely unforgettable. The view of the Burj Khalifa is spectacular, and the atmosphere created by the hotel team was truly amazing. What makes this hotel special for us is the people. From the reception staff to housekeeping, valet parking, and customer service, everyone treats us with genuine kindness and professionalism. After so many visits, they already know us, and they always try to help whenever possible, including offering room upgrades when available. They are consistently attentive, warm, and supportive. The restaurants are outstanding as well – the Mexican, Mediterranean, and Austrian/German options are all excellent and maintain a very high standard of quality. We truly feel at home at this hotel, and that is something rare. Pullman Dubai Downtown has become our first choice in Dubai, and we are confident we will continue to return in the years to come.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dubai. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and well taken care of. We would especially like to thank Anil & Ayyaz, who were extremely polite, attentive, and always willing to help. There friendly attitude really made our stay even more enjoyable. The entire hotel team was very kind, professional, and helpful at all times. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and high quality of food. The hotel is also perfectly located, right next to the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall, which made sightseeing and shopping very convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel. First of all, although we had informed the hotel in advance about our arrival time, the room with three beds that we had requested was not ready when we arrived. We had to wait almost one hour for the third bed to be brought in. When the bed finally arrived, it turned out to be smaller than a standard adult bed. We had clearly requested three adult beds, not a teenage-sized one, which was disappointing and uncomfortable. Another serious instance was related to hygiene. We asked to renew the bottled water and some clean glasses. The staff member replaced the used glasses and washed them by hand in the room's bathroom, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this category. Also the breakfast was average. However, I must mention that the breakfast staff were polite, helpful, and very professional. Finally, when I raised the issue about the bed size at check-out, the response I received was that “all downtown hotels have beds like this.” This explanation did not address our concern and did not reflect the standards expected from a five-star establishment. Overall, the level of service and attention to detail did not justify the hotel’s rating.
