It was my 20th trip to Egypt and my second stay at this hotel, and once again it was an amazing holiday. I spent a wonderful time with my family and my best friend's family. The atmosphere was fantastic, we met many wonderful people, and even during the busiest time of the year, the hotel never felt crowded. There was always plenty of space, no stress over sunbeds, and the beach was always relaxing. I still love the long pier, the beautiful coral reef, and snorkeling among the colourful fish. It is one of the reasons I keep coming back. Although the food selection is a little smaller than it was two years ago, it is still delicious and offers plenty of choice. I really don't understand reviews saying there is nothing to eat. The quality is excellent. The only thing I miss is the old Virgin Mojito. I hope the hotel will consider bringing it back, as many returning guests loved it. A big thank you to the wonderful spa team for three fantastic relaxing massages and for the beautiful braids made with great care. The animation team deserves special recognition. They create such a warm, friendly atmosphere that you immediately feel like part of the family. Huge congratulations to Dimo for building such an incredible team. Every animator brings something unique, and our children absolutely loved Maria from the Kids Club. (Love You all animation team ❤️) I truly love the Pickalbatros hotels, and this one gives our families everything we are looking for. The staff were always kind, helpful, and smiling. One of the biggest reasons I keep coming back to Egypt is the kindness and warmth of the Egyptian people. I hope our loud laughter is still echoing somewhere between the hotel buildings, even though we are no longer there. Thank you to everyone who made these two weeks so special. After my stay at the hotel, I was left with an excellent overall impression. I would especially like to highlight the work of the reception staff, who allowed me to check in at 11:30 instead of 14:00, as stated in the hotel’s check‑in policy. I was also traveling with a group and arrived several days later than the rest of them. I asked to be accommodated as close to my companions as possible, and the reception staff kindly met this request as well. By the end of the day, I found a complimentary fruit plate in my room, which demonstrated exceptional hospitality. Most of the hotel employees were polite and smiling, further confirming the high level of service.

Our room was always cleaned to perfection. Everything was spotless, and we never had to ask for anything. Fresh bottled water was replenished every day, ensuring we always had everything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful towel art waiting for us each day. These creative and thoughtful surprises brought a smile to our faces every time we returned to the room and made our stay even more memorable. A big thank you to the mr. Amr Gohar housekeeping team for their outstanding work, attention to detail, and dedication. Your efforts truly made a difference and were greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I had an amazing stay at Albatros Royal Moderna. Everything was excellent from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The food was delicious with a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. The pools, beach, and facilities were outstanding and very well maintained. The atmosphere throughout the resort was relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for making my vacation so special. I highly recommend Albatros Royal Moderna to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable holiday experience, and I will definitely come back again.

Excellent service and wonderful staff. Osama Ahmed at the Olympic bar is always happy to help, excellent. Mohamed Adel in the restaurant looked after us and provided excellent service. All the staff are wonderful, happy and friendly. Mahmoud in the sports bar and Columbus bar - wonderful! Lobby bar staff all excellent too - too many names to mention. Food is always great quality and excellent choice. You can always find something and all the chefs are also very happy to help.
