We had an amazing experience. The hotel was excellent in every aspect. It offers fantastic facilities, especially for families. Although the hotel is spread across a very large area, there are plenty of restaurants and bars located throughout the property, making it easy to access everything without having to walk long distances. The rooms were exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Everything was spotless and carefully looked after. The moment you enter the sea, you feel like you’ve stepped into another world. The colorful coral reefs and beautiful tropical fish are absolutely breathtaking. We already can’t wait to come back. A very special thanks to Reda Mokhtar, who took such great care of us throughout our stay. He made us feel completely at home and regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made our vacation even more memorable. See you again, my friend!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A special thank you to Ahmed, who cleaned our room every day. He was always friendly, attentive, and did an excellent job. Thanks to him, our room was spotless throughout the entire stay. The staff was very helpful and professional. We truly enjoyed our vacation and would gladly come back again.

This is our last day of our stay at room 1235. We had an amazing experience at the hotel, the professionalism of the Staff, the free all day access to World class coral reef snorkeling and the quality and variety of delicious food. Among all the professional staff, Special thanks goes to Mr Mohamed Samy, the receptionist who was quick on his feet and got us to our sea view room in no time despite arriving early and a payment transaction issue (most rooms here are sea view thanks to the smart downhill design of the hotel). In addition, Sayed from room service was very professional and creative, the room service was spotless and always had a surprise with different designs. Snorkeling is the highlight of our daily activities, free all day access to beautiful diverse Coral reef with a variety of pretty amazing fish was definitely a treat to our eyes. Moreover, Happy hour paid activity was amazing with Banana boat, Couch and a chance to see dolphins. Last but not least the aqua park was a fun activity. It has slides suitable for all age groups. The food here is served from 4 or more restaurants [ didn't have time to try all :) ]. All food quality was amazing. Variety was great such as Steak, roasted ducks, Seafood, delicious roast chicken and also Egyptian famous dishes like vine leafs stuffed rice and Feteer[Egyptian salty / sweet pie] In conclusion, I highly recommend Pickalbatros palace Sharm El Sheikh to all kind of travelers, small families, friends and honey mooners.

I had a great stay at Pickalbatros Resort in Sharm El Sheikh. The resort is beautiful, clean, and the food was very good. The staff was amazing, always kind, friendly, and helpful. A special thanks to the entertainer Ahmed. He is friendly, funny, and full of energy. He made every day more enjoyable and always made everyone feel included. I highly recommend this resort and I hope to come back soon!

We stayed in room 1219 and had a 10/10 experience. A special thank you to Mr. Sayed for his amazing work and talent. I’ve honestly never experienced customer service like this before. Every single worker was kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. We were also able to get an early check-in and a room upgrade, which made our stay even better. The cleanliness here is on another level. Watching the staff deep clean every inch of the hotel every night was incredibly impressive. You can truly see how much effort and care goes into maintaining the resort. This is genuinely one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at. Keep up the amazing work!
