  • Breakfast at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine, Zum Kaiser, Le Marche or La Brioche (7am to 10am)
  • Late breakfast at the Mediterranean Restaurant (10am to 11pm)
  • Lunch at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine or Zum Kaiser (12.30pm to 2.30pm)
  • Snacks at the Beach Bar at Dana Beach Resort (12pm to 2.30pm), Club MC (12pm to 5pm), Aqua Park Restaurant (12.30pm to 2.30pm) and La Brioche Café (3pm to 5pm)
  • Dinner at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine, Zum Kaiser, Le Marche, L’Asiatique and Alfredo (6.30pm to 9pm) or La Brioche (6.30pm to 9.30pm)

Food needs updating. Seems to all taste the same. (We were there two weeks though) There’s a lot of walking so pack comfy Shoes. The kids aqua parks are great fun. Cleanliness is amazing. Senzo mall next door is great. Be cautious outside and in the town. Over charging and trying to rip you off happens all over. Use uber for transport around, super cheap.

You have a large and beautiful resort with a huge number of attractions, and you truly do your best to provide guests with the best possible stay. Your biggest strength is cleanliness. Your staff clean everything wonderfully and very frequently — the rooms, the areas around the restaurants, the paths between the bungalows — everything. I am genuinely impressed. However… there are some people who, completely unnecessarily, can damage your reputation. I’m referring to a few bartenders and one man at the reception. The receptionist tried to make us pay again for the rooms we had already booked and paid for through the travel agency. This is unacceptable. We always appreciate good service and gladly tip, but such an attempt to extort money cannot be tolerated. Another issue concerns some of the bartenders (not all of them), usually the older ones. They are rude and unfriendly. If you wish, I can send a photo of the worst one. They should learn from the waiters, who work much harder but remain kind, helpful, and smiling. For example, Hassan Nazih Khater — a wonderful waiter working at the pools — truly deserves a raise. Another problem is the alcohol, which in many cases is of very poor quality. This definitely needs improvement. Apart from these remarks, the hotel is fantastic, but these small issues negatively affect the overall rating, which could easily be higher. This is not only my opinion, but the opinion of many other guests as well. Another excellent employee is the young man who prepares pasta with sauce — I don’t know his name, but he also works the night shift at the pasta station. I hope that my feedback will help eliminate these negative impressions. I will check and describe everything again because I intend to visit you next year. Kind regards

A great place for families to go together as a group. Children over 4 are well catered for, we went with a baby of 16 months and not being able to go on the slides with her was illogical. We saw a few parents very frustrated with this rule. The children’s pools with the slides were very cold. So not ideal either. An indoor younger children’s play area would’ve been great for us. Food and cleanliness could not the faulted. The staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful and the rooms were great. The slides were great, a lot of fun and plenty to keep our older children and adults entertained. Loved the all inclusive vibe with the snack bars open during the day, the pizzas, crepes and kebab meats were awesome.

It has been an amazing 12 days holidays. The room service ( especially Mohamed Farrah- he service the room daily and went above and beyond to make sure we have what we need, made toys out of towels for our 4 years old daughter , she was so happy seeing the eleganta and the Santa prezent he left her on Xmas eve. He is a genuine and funny persons made our stay even more special) The food especially the BbQ was amazing every lunch and dinner was available to most of the restaurants. There are many restaurants to eat at all included on our all inclusive oprien we've booked. On the Beech especially Niamh had helped us to get here on a almost last minute booking and she handled everything so nice and made everything so clear. Thank you! I want to thank the staff at the Neverland restaurants, pools and the ferry park , the safety and security has been always so nice, kind and attentive. For everyone thinking that going to a country like Egypt please know that people are kind and happy to receive you. Everyone has treat us with a smile, some jokes and great admosfere, they went above and beyond to make sure we are happy at the Neverland. The Xmas Eve event was very nice organized and included aswell. We are going to miss the New Year Eve party but we had an amazing time, is a grate place for family with kids.

Avoid this hotel at all costs — worst experience ever. Problems started at check-in. The receptionist was arrogant and more interested in charging extra money than helping guests, especially those who booked through Booking.com. The reception staff, including the manager, were rude and unhelpful. Some shows are even restricted for Booking.com guests, which is completely unacceptable. The “bungalow room” did not match the photos at all. The hotel does not overlook the sea. The gym was dirty, poorly maintained, and had broken machines. This hotel is extremely overrated. Social media makes it look like Disneyland, which is very misleading. It is absolutely not worth the high price — there are much better options elsewhere.
