At Park Hyatt Dubai, the staff were exceptionally helpful in every area. From the warm welcome at reception to the escort to our room, everything felt professional and genuinely friendly. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and everything worked perfectly. Being located right by the pool was a great bonus. The pool service was very attentive and consistently excellent. The hotel’s gastronomy is outstanding, and once again the staff deserve special praise for their friendliness and professionalism. The hotel grounds are beautiful, peaceful, and far less crowded than many other hotels in Dubai. The breakfast was absolutely sensational — rarely have we seen such quality and variety. Overall, the location is excellent as well. Many thanks to the entire team — we will definitely return.

Me and my husband looking for wedding venue recently. Hayyat just popped up on our mind. So after long day searching we went there without appointment. We just want to have a look of location and space. But reception says only appointments no walk in. We explained we only want to have a simple visit no need for quotation. Sometimes I’m wondering how a service industry make rules instead of customer? If we went to any of restaurants they would accept us just look around. That’s very disappointing.

It’s a great spot for friends and family/kids pools are cool. All great vibes the guys are so nice and helpful. it’s not hot here as the rest of Dubai. The creek side is just amazing. You can also do a day pass with spa and steam. Steam room and spa are great!!! A must try experience in Park Hyatt with a lot of green areas and peace. The place is quiet and relaxing. I’d recommend it for sure! Thanks everyone
